Course Description
B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering (B.Tech AE) is an undergraduate course in agricultural studies and processes. The minimum eligibility for this course requires passing class 12th/ Higher Secondary Examination in Biology, Maths and Chemistry.
B. Tech AE is a four year program and has similar course like B.E. in Agricultural Engineering. The mode of admission is through State/ National/ University Joint Entrance Examination or Pre Engineering Test.
The average tuition fee for this course ranges between 50,000 thousand INR to 1.5 Lakhs INR.
B. Tech AE graduates can find employment in sectors such as Agri-business firms, food processing, agricultural research and development firms, government sectors etc. The job profiles for graduates of this course can be research scientist, lecturer, microbiologist etc. A fresh graduate of this course can expect an annual salary of between 1.5 Lakh INR – 2.5 Lakhs INR which would only increase with experience in the field.

Agricultural Engineering is a branch of engineering which deals with the study of agricultural process and technological practices in food processing and efficient production of food.

Since B.Tech AE is an engineering course, the duration of the course is four years and eight semesters.

Admission to M.Tech is also through an Entrance Examination. Some colleges/ institutes like Indira Gandhi Agricultural University and Indian Agricultural Research Institute also take an Entrance Examination for Ph.D program.

- Candidates who have passed Intermediate of U.P. Board or (10+2) standard from other board with Physics and Mathematics along with any one of Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Computer Science/ Biology are eligible for admission to first year of 4 year B.Tech. Courses offered by Colleges/Institutions of U.P. affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow.
- Candidates who have passed Intermediate of U.P. Board or (10+2) standard from other board with Agriculture are only eligible for admission to first year of 4 year B.Tech. (Agriculture Engineering) offered by Colleges/Institutions of U.P. affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow.

- In my college annual fest is celebrated in proper manner each branch participate in event management and also many students from different branches of engineering participate and with each other
- Infrastructure of my college is very good and lab facilities of btech 1st year and industrial visit of students regularly held in each branch
Dislikes
- Hostel mess food is not too good and mess maintenance is also very poor . They don't pay attention towards food hygiene.
- Sports facilities are very very poor in my college. They don't appreciate the students who do extra curricular activities

No in several years there is no hike in tution fee but yes the fee is reduced according to your income certificate or ews and there is one more offer for disables are they whole fee waived by University and scholarship are given to students but not by college only by government agencies like up scholarship portal, nsp etc and there is no stipend awarded by college for good academic

- The library of the college was very peaceful area for studying.
- The labs of the college was very good to perform experiment.
Dislikes
- The cafeteria of the college was very poor.
- There is no parking space available in the campus.

At my branch the fees of the students were started from 60000 rupees. And only those students were eligible for government scholarship who were appeared in JEE mains exam. Our college organise campus placement for their students every year by which many students get job.
