The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) University, located in West Tripura was established in 2004. The institute is approved by UGC, NCTE and Distance Education Council (DEC).
ICFAI University offers career oriented UG, PG, PG Diploma and Research courses in the fields of Arts, Science, Education, Engineering, Computer Application, Law and Business Administration. It also offers distance courses in various disciplines.

ICFAI UG Admissions 2024
ICFAI offers an array of courses at undergraduate level in the streams of Arts, Science, Education, Engineering, Computer Application, Law and Business Administration. Along with the Bachelor’s courses, the institute also offers five years integrated courses in Computer Application and Law.
Admission to B.Tech courses are based on ICFAI Tech School Admission Test (ITSAT)/ Tripura JEE/ JEE Mains, whereas admissions to Law courses are through Law School Admission Test (LSAT)/ Common Law Admissions Test (CLAT). For other courses, admissions are directly based on the merit list issued by the admission cell of the institute based on the interview.
For admission to B.Tech program, candidates must have passed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects with at least 45% aggregate marks.
Minimum academic qualification for B.Ed is Bachelor’s/ Master’s in any stream with 55% aggregate marks. For the other courses, candidates with minimum 45% marks in any stream in class 12th are eligible to apply.

- Candidates must present the original as well as self attested copies of the academic qualification certificates and domicile certificate at the time of document verification during final phase of admission.
- Those who hold Diploma in Engineering with minimum 45% marks are eligible to apply for B.Tech Lateral Entry Admissions.
ICFAI PG & PGDM Admissions 2024
At post graduate level, ICFAI offers Master’s in Business Administration, Arts, Computer Applications, Law, Mathematics and Library & Information Science. It also offers PG Diploma in Yoga and Library Automation & Networking.
Admissions to all the postgraduate courses are through merit list by the institute issued after interview. Candidates who hold Bachelor’s in concerned disciplines are eligible for admissions.
For admissions to Master’s in Law (LLM), candidates must have a valid ICFAI Law School Admission Test. Only the candidates with Bachelor’s in Law with at least 55% marks are eligible to apply for LLM.

ICFAI PhD Admissions 2024
The institute offers full time research courses in four disciplines for which admissions are based on merit through candidate’s score in SLET/ UGC NET/ GATE. Candidates should have obtained Mater’s in the concerned disciplines with minimum 55% aggregate marks.

ICFAI offers Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Computer Applications and Master’s in Computer Applications, Investment & Financial Analyst and Business Administration under its Directorate of Distance Education.
Admissions to all the distance courses are merit based. All the above mentioned courses can be extended up to the duration of six years.

my course eligibility is you have to score at least 65 or 45% in boards and there will be one personal interview during your admission where they ask basic question related to your specific course. you can fill out the application form from the official website but I would suggest if you can visit the campus in person then go and fill the form that timing of the exams are divided into shifts one is the morning and another one is afternoon I guess afternoon shift is good and advantage for the student as of now I always gave the exam during afternoon shift. there is no such kind of reservation opportunity but yes you can opt scholarship based on your caste like SC ST OBC scholarship there is no improvement needed in the admission process it is quite smooth process

Students need to score 60 percent or above in PCME. College have a official website where we receive the college schedule, Results, dates of any program, and in the college office they also provide the same thing. The timing of exam I think it's really hard for the students because we do not get proper gaps for an exam. I think the online admission process is to be improved

Admission:
You have to score 50% in you 12th equivalently . And 60 % in your Physics and Maths of 12th boards . You can find the application form in the ground floor of the 1st block after entering college or else u can find the room after asking security guards .

- The campus environment during the fest time is quite heated up due to various clash between students and management need to be more efficient
- The placement here is average which can be improved by approaching more companies and make them come for placement in college campus

the eligibility is either the student has to have a diploma in the respective branch or he or she has passed 12 classes with above 75 percent aggregate in the field of commerce,arts, and science The exams in each semester have two parts one exam is the midterm which is of 30 marks for 2 hours duration and the main exam is of 100 marks (earlier it was 50) is for 3 hours called endterm or semester exam and the difficulty of the paper is moderate. Improvements like in the reservation process could be better for general students as the cutoff are high and seats are less for general students as compared to another reservation caste

The course is good and it's give me motivation. We can find the application form in offline in city center and even in our college admission department too. There is no reservation in tripura currently. The timing of exam is too less and we student face many difficulties to cover up the timing.
