Vinayaka Missions University Salem B.Ed : Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Vinayaka Mission University, Department of Education offers B.Ed. program at the undergraduate level. B.Ed program offered by VMU is a full-time 2-year program with a seat intake of 100.

Candidates holding a Bachelor's Degree(10+2+3 or 10+1+3 pattern) in any discipline with a minimum of  50% marks or a postgraduate degree i.e. M.Com/M.A(Economics) from any recognized university are eligible for admission. Admission to B.Ed offered by Vinayaka Mission University is granted on the basis of a  valid score in All India Level Common Entrance Examinations(CEE) conducted by the University every year. 

VMU invites all the applications for admission in B.Ed. and M.Ed. Degree Programmes for this year’s academic session. Applications can be downloaded from the official website of the University or the same can be obtained from the University. Eligibility Criteria 2021

A pass in any Bachelor Degree(10+2+3 or 10+1+3 pattern) with obtained 50% for OC category , 45% for BC category, 43% for MBC/DNC category and 40% for SC/ST category from any recognized university or A pass in Postgraduate Degree i.e. M.Com/M.A(Economics).

Admission Process 2021

Admission to B.Ed and M.Ed programs will be totally based on performance in the entrance exam conducted by the University.

About Common Entrance Examination(CEE):

• The candidates who are eligible as per the criteria of the university are enabled to take the CEEs at opted centers. 
• The questions in the CEE are of objective type based on minimum syllabi expected to be covered normally by the various universities/boards pertaining to the respective qualifying examinations at all India level.

How to Apply?

There are two ways of procuring application material for admission to B.Ed. and M.Ed. programs in Vinayaka Mission University, the following are the ways:

1. In Person – Candidates may apply by directly remitting the cost of the application material in cash or demand draft at the notified sale counter.
2. By Post - An application request can be made a sending request along with the demand draft which should include notified extra amount covering postage.
3. VMU Website: Applications can be downloaded from the official website of the University.
