Manipal University Jaipur B.Tech. And B.Tech (Lateral) Eligibility
Eligibility for MET Rank Holders:
- Candidates must have passed the 10+2 / A Level / IB or American 12th grade or equivalent examination with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects, along with any one of Chemistry or Computer Science or Biotechnology or Biology or Statistics or Engineering Drawing as optional subject.
- Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Mathematics and optional subject, taken together at 10+2.
Eligibility Criteria for Direct Admissions:
For direct admission (in branches where seats are vacant) the following candidates are eligible:
- All remaining MET Rank Holders who did not participate in the counseling.
OR
- Candidates who have JEE rank and qualified JEE Advanced are also eligible.
OR
- Based on the SAT score.
OR
- Candidates who have passed 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects and securing 60% marks in aggregate are also eligible.
Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech (Lateral):
For B.Tech (Lateral), candidates must have passed 3 year diploma in relevant discipline of Engineering/B.Sc (PCM) with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is nice as it aspects the bond between tecaher and student it is very nice I aimed to be a software engineer so i choose this course the lab is good and it gives the example and how to deal with real life world problems but 1 thing it should be improved that if there is a exam on saturday then officially it should be declared holiday on friday and rest all is goood the frequency and timing of exams and paper is easy if you study otherwise it is wrost

Course curriculum was very good. As it was perfectly arranged in perfect order also the chapters and topics in the course were standard according to the Degree we were doing so that we don't need to do anything extra other than the provided curriculum.

- The college building looks like a historical site.
Dislikes
- Faculty is very hit or miss, some are just there for the salary.
- Mess food is garbage like actually garbage.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I don't recommend the college curriculum for future prospects in Computer science, you will have to work on yourself. The college provides very basic idea of how things work, it is important to maintain CGPA as many companies use it to filter students but overall unneed to accumulate knowledge by yourself.

Passion and interest in AIML field It prepares us very well covered the syllabus and need courses properly No improvements ig The mid sems occur after 2 months of the start of the semester and and sems after 2 months.

- Majority of professors over here at Manipal university Jaipur are friendly , knowledgeable and supportive.
- College has a great infrastructure. Spacious and comfortable classrooms with multiple high capacity auditorium

- Curriculum is similar to many other private universities. So if you want to learn something new you will have to do some digging yourself
- Current library is little small to cater to the amount of students but the new one is being built

The course is relevant to build your basics across all the fields for computer science but you will have to work on top of that to get the best mastery in your place of interest. The exam's difficulty do vary but mostly the exams are on the medium level

- Various clubs and chapters are there handled by the students which make them the future leaders.

- Timings of class and strict shedule might affect few people who are not used to it and students have to maintain 75% attendence cumpolsarily.

Course Curriculum Is a bit utdated like in other colleges as well but the best part is that faculties keep guiding students with current trends and opportunities and also help them with their skill enhancement. Course curriculam can be made more practcial based rather than theroy but improvements are taking place with time and I hope it will surely improve in the future.

The ai and machine learning specialisation in computer science is the next big thing because ai is the most growing field today the curriculum prepares us to work in real life on the technological aspect of computers I have not found a loophole as such the frequency of exams is good and difficulty level is according to a medium student only

The course curriculum is up to date, we have 70+ clubs in college and they organise regular hackathons and technical and non technical events on regular trends. I think one area where they could improve is the attendance system, like BITS and VIT. The exams are held twice a semester. One is mid sem and then the End sem. The exams are not very difficult and syllabus can be covered pretty quick

Curriculum here is just like all other btech colleges in India.You get to learn any two programing language by 1st year.And about exam we have mid terms and end terms and you can easily score 7-7.5 cgpa even if you start preparing 1 week before the exam
