Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission to 5 year Full-time Program must have passed B.Sc. examination of any recognized university or its equivalent examination with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate (50% in the case of SC/ST students) and who have taken Chemistry as one of the subjects at the third year of the B.Sc.

Admission Guidelines

The admission to the course shall be through an entrance examination to be conducted on all-India basis.

Students can pursue two-year M.Sc program at CURAJ in as many as 17 disciplines including Atmospheric Science, Computer Science (Big Data Analysis), Microbiology, Sports Nutrition, Digital Society among others. Total annual intake capacity for M.Sc is 372, wherein M.Sc in Computer Science (Big Data Analysis) has the highest intake of 50. Admission is primarily on the basis of JAM scores through the centralized counseling and seat allocation platform CCMN.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This integrated course of MSc and BEd is unique, Students can complete their course in 3 years (6 semesters). Students aspiring for teaching jobs may opt for this course. Teacher: Student ratio is healthy with only 30 students in the course. However, the classes of physics for MSc and MSc BEd students are combined which takes the ratio to 1:54. All the faculty members are highly qualified and experts in their fields. It is a great experience to learn from them. Regular exams are conducted to check the progress of the students. Two internals are conducted in one semester.

If you want to take a job as a lecturer in Government-run colleges, CURAJ is an appropriate option. It is a very good institution with good infrastructure and a peaceful learning atmosphere.

This course saves one year for the students doing M.Sc. then B.Ed. or vice versa. The faculty at the university is really good. They are from highly respectable institutions with years of educational experience.
