BFUHS MBBS is an undergraduate course offered for a duration of 5.5 Years. BFUHS is a state-level medical university that offers MBBS courses through both government and private colleges. Some of the top medical colleges for MBBS under BFUHS are GGS Faridkot, GMC Patiala, and GMC Amritsar.
- Candidates seeking admission to BFUHS MBBS must clear the NEET UG examination.
- Out of the total seats available, 15% (All India Quota) of seats in MBBS course are filled by the centralised NEET Counselling by the Medical Counselling Committee of MOHFW.

BFUHS MBBS Eligibility Criteria
Candidates planning to get admission to the BFUHS MBBS course must fulfil the following eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria for admission to the MBBS course are as follows:
- Candidates applying for admission to the BFUHS MBBS course must have completed their 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry and Biology examinations with 50% aggregate marks.
- Candidates must be 17 on the date of admission to the college.
- To get admission to the BFUHS MBBS course, students must have cleared the NEET UG examination organised by the National Testing Agency.
- 25% of seats are reserved for scheduled castes and scheduled tribes, and 10% of seats are reserved for other backward candidates in the BFUHS .

BFUHS MBBS Selection Criteria
BFUHS provides admission to the candidates for the MBBS course after they have cleared NEET UG Examination. The students qualified for NEET UG will undergo counselling with the required committee.
- 15% seats are filled by the centralised NEET-UG counselling by the Medical Counselling Committee.
- The remaining seats are filled by Punjab State-level NEET-UG Counselling organised by BFUHS, Faridkot.
BFUHS MBBS Application Process
Students applying for admission to the BFUHS MBBS course first have to clear NEET UG Examination. After clearing the NEET examination, students will separately register under the official website of BFUHS University.
- The first candidate needs to register at the official website of the university.
- A unique registration ID and password will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID when registration is complete.
- Then upload a passport-size photograph and signature of size 30 KB. While uploading the photograph, the candidate should ensure that the candidate's name and date must be mentioned at the bottom.
- After that, students will be asked to upload the following documents to verify that they have cleared NEET UG Examination.
- Once all documents are uploaded, students will be transferred to the payment gateway, where they can submit the required fee and end the application process.
BFUHS MBBS Fee Structure
BFUHS MBBS course is provided in ten affiliated government and private colleges of Punjab. The selected students must submit tuition fees for six months at the registrar's office of the BFUHS Campus. If a student is shifted from one institution to another, the college will refund the student fee within 30 days.

I always wanted to be doctor in my life . So this was the course i prepared for . MBBS course will brush up my medical skills . And then will get admission in MD course The areas which it needs improvement.. is the toxic relationship between seniors and juniors in medical colleges and hospitals The long working hours without suitable rest and exams with lots of syllabus The frequency of exams is okay after 2.5 months .. and the difficulty level is also okay

The system needs a lot of improvent. as in interns should be taught and not merely fill the gaps of workers, other staff. Focus should be made on learning and not just filling files just for the sake of formality Our Mentors work really hard.

- Girls to boys ratio is almost 1:1 in the college and in some batches it is like number of girls are more than boys

- Girls are not allowed to roam in the college campus after 10pm and are supposed to be inside the hostels but on the other hand there are no restrictions on boys
- Girls are not allowed to order anything from zomato or swiggy after 9pm and even if they do so they are not allowed to go and collect their orders from the gate because the delivery man is not allowed inside the campus after 9pm due to security

Now the curriculum is more competency based and it is more of an integrated study rather than studying individual subjects And we have our clinical postings got started right from second prof which helps in early clinical exposure and helps to gain our practical knowledge Exams are held at the end of every prof that is yearly and difficulty level is moderate

Curiculum includes theoretical and practical phases of medical life as in any other medical college Proper theory classes are taken from morning to afternoon and then duties in opd and wards till 4 pm

- The people around , batchmates and some of the staff.
- College vibe and campus, although very small
Dislikes
- Office staff is lazy and they don't do their work on time. Notices are delayed.
- The Hostel Comittee is only friendly for boys whereas girls have to live under the stress of intime of hostels
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is a new one since 2019 which is more clinically oriented and patient focussed. But I donXt know whether it is helping or making students' lives tougher by undue pressure of passing prof exams. We have formative assessments and midterms quite a few times per year and then send ups. Final exams are held annually.

- Campus is too small not large enough.

Curriculum of MBBS is completely based on practical study. Different practicals are done to enhance the knowledge like Cadaveric Dissection in Anatomy , live operations in Surgery, blood experiment etc.
