The campus of the college is very attractive, with lawns and all that.
The university is the biggest i have seen it's got the best campus

Campus security staff are very annoying they always blow whistle when some one is walking through lawn

It has two beautiful campuses ,one main campus and other mahandi campus. Easy travel facilities available from one campus to other campus.
Science Department is really excellent, starting from B.Sc to PhD. All Departments have sufficient faculty to run regular classes

Dislikes

During morning and evening time local people came into the campus and play in grounds. Which disturbs the students to play freely
At some places students smoke and drink creating a bad environment

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course of study are arranged keeping an eye on the CSIR NET and GATE syllabus so relevant topic were there which helps students during national level exams. Semester exam is conducted in every 5 months and the exam is not that tough. The department gives enough time to prepare for own own goals. Teachers need to improve their way of teaching.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course because after a bachelor's degree in physics you ought to receive a master's degree to become eligible for ph.d programs. Right now in Odisha, the assistant professor recruitment process has been not satisfactory. Many departments in universities have fewer professors. We've 3 permanent faculty who are highly qualified for guiding students in master's courses. They've done their ph.d from IIT Madras, IISC Bangalore, and CSIR immt. They have a good mastery of their subjects. But due to teacher deficiency, they've to do other official work at the university. So they could afford less time for the students. Term exams are moderately difficult. Good preparation from starting of the semester can make you easily pass the examination.

Remarks:

This is one of best University of India. Located in odisha. Student from other countries also come to study here about Indian culture and hospitality. The infrastructure and staff and other facilities are very good in this institution.
