RTMNU Placement 2023: Median Package, Students Placed, Top Recruiters
RTMNU Placement 2023 report is yet to be released. However, as per the RTMNU NIRF report 2022, a total of 2 B.Pharm and 38 M.Pharm students were placed during the placement drive of 2020-21. The median package offered to B.Pharm Students was INR 3.00 LPA, while the median package for M.Pharm students stood at INR 4.50 LPA.
RTMNU Placements 2021: Course-Wise Median Packages
As per NIRF 2022 data, the median package for B.Pharm students for the year 2021 was INR 3.00 LPA. As for the M.Pharm students, the median package stood at INR 4.50 LPA. The following table depicts the year’s median packages offered during the last year three years:

Likes
- Skill building is given more importance here and that is why along with course we are also taught skill building things too.
- Infrastructure is amazing and the best part is that outside our campus we have shuttle autos available for most areas of Nagpur.
Dislikes
- We can't change uniform while we are at the campus.
Placement Experience:
Amazon, Infocepts, HCL, Tech Mahindra, and Principal Global Solutions among many others were the top colleges that provided us placements since last 10-12 years. I am so happy that placements here are guaranteed thing because not just students but event the placements cell pushes themselves for the same to happen.
Likes
- Many events and competition are held within the college
- Sports is promoted and teachers support if you are trying to play professional sports
Dislikes
- Campus is very small not much of space less infrastructure
Placement Experience:
From 5th Semester students can apply for campus placement but are placed only after completing their degree. Campgemini, Cognizant,Tcs are among the prominent companies offering jobs Highest package offered up till now is of 800000. 30 percent of students applying get placed

- The library is fab and has everything required
- The auditorium and outdoor amphitheater is well maintained
Dislikes
- The faculty for the first year is very inexperienced
- The infrastructure and placements are very decent
Placement Experience:
The faculty haven't discussed with as about the criteria for placement From 2nd year internships are compulsory (to sit in interview rounds ) The frequent recruiters are wipro,TCS,HCL,Microtech,etc.. The highest package offered was 19lpa The average package goes around 4-5lpa Around 70% students get placed every year My plan after completing my degree is to get admitted into an IIM and pursue MBA

- My aspect is every student have a placed and intership.
- Tae campus is good and sports is best and enjoying social activities.
Dislikes
- The placements is average and supportive and intership apportunites
- The infrastructure is good and digital labs and libraries.
Placement Experience:
The students have 7th semester clear and they eligible for placements. Meny company visit my collage like TCS, Infosys, Mahindra and Wipro. The highest package is 7 lpa and average package is 3 lpa . 70 percentage students placed.

- Big campus it is coverd more than 20 acr of land
- Teaching is very good I love it in this college
Dislikes
- I is on a hill like area and very big stairs for going in classroom
- Drinking water issue in some department like humanity and science building
Placement Experience:
In nagpur the college is at 2nd number for engineering and placements since there sevelear companies had come each year the students which have more than 8 CGPA they can eligible for placement and the company select there needed students for work

- The quality of students is majestic in pur college.
- The faculty around our college is very supportive and friendly, especially the BBA and MBA faculties.
Dislikes
- The buildings are old, yet intact, but there should be new buildings.
- The computers we use for our presentations or projects are bit outdated.
Placement Experience:
The placement are really well in regards to just the UG course, getting 4-6 LPA, with just an UG is a lot, according to today's standards. And the PG cources are actually well-off and offers a bright career from day one.

- Most of the teachers are friendly and very helpful even outside the teaching hours.
- The bouncers are very kind and acts as friends rather than just focusing on discipline.
Dislikes
- The campus is quite small compare to other colleges ranked below it
- The security is tight and does not allow entry without an identity card dispite them knowing us very well
Placement Experience:
From 6th semester the students are eligible for campus placements Amazon ,Google, Jio, Tata technology, torrent, flex, HCL, Hexaware, adani power etc are the companies that visit and 1061 offers were made in the last year (2023) Highest offer is 17.75 LPA by JP Morgan Chase Placement percent is about 90% After getting degree I am planning to pursue Mtech while working in the placement offered by the college

- I like the ambience and the college campus and the staff of every branch, teachers are very humble and respectful towards all the students
- No raging with students studying in this college.
Dislikes
- There is nothing to dislike about college

From 5-6 semester students became eligible for the placement. Our college provides highest package of 19.7 lakhs per annum. Above 80 % of students get placed through the college placement cell and other 20 Percemt student apply other than campus placement based on eligibility

- Campus , canteen facilities , technological support
- Faculty , labs , environment , library , auditorium, and many other facilities such as infrastructure
Dislikes
- Management , parking facility, not very sophisticated behaviour of students around
- Lack of discipline, and many more such as Watchmen and cleaning staff

From 3 rd year students become eligible to apply for campus placements and placement rate is good enough and highest package is 25 lakh and the average package goes from 5-8 lakhs company such as tech Mahindra, TCS, Accenture,Cap Gemini etc come for campus recruitment 50-60 percent atudeiget placed My plans are to opt for a masters degree

- Faculty are good and teaching is good and the experience is good
- Fees is less compared to big institutions like IHM so anyone can access it
Dislikes
- The collage imposes fines of everything late submissions takes holiday Not coming for college events missing practical’s fine is deducted for every activity
- The ambience of the college could be more better it doesn’t seem too good Accorfing to the fees charged from the students
Placement Experience:
After 5 th semister u are eligible for internship companies visited our college Starbucks, domino's,pride hotel and lot more Packages can go around 7-10 LPA 70% students placement I'll be going to abroad for my masters once my degree is done
