DBATU B.Tech course is available in ten specializations. Candidates must have passed Class XII with 50% marks to apply for B.Tech admission at DBATU. Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University (DBATU), offers admission to B.Tech State Quota through merit in MHT CET and for All India Quota (AIQ) through JEE Main scores. DBATU offers four years B.Tech programmes in the following specializations:

  • B.Tech. Chemical Engineering (54 seats)
  • B.Tech. Computer Engineering (54 seats)
  • B.Tech. Electrical Engineering (54 seats)
  • B.Tech. Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (60 seats)
  • B.Tech. Information Technology (54 seats)
  • B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering (54 seats)
  • B.Tech. Petro Chemical Engineering (54 seats)
  • B.Tech. Civil Engineering (54 seats)
  • B.Tech. Electronics Engineering (30 seats)
  • B.Tech. Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (30 seats)

DBATU B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

For Maharashtra State Candidates:

  • Passed the HSC or its equivalent examination with subjects Physics and Mathematics as main subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects, scoring at least 50 % marks. The candidates of Maharashtra State belonging to backward class categories and Persons with Disability shout score at least 45% marks in the above-mentioned subjects.
  • Passed with at least 50% marks in  Diploma in Engineering and Technology, the candidates of Maharashtra State belonging to Backward class categories and Persons with Disability shout score at least 45% marks in the above-mentioned subjects.
  • Passed with at least 50% marks in B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University according to UGC. The candidates of Maharashtra State belonging to backward class categories and Persons with Disability shout score at least 45% marks in the above-mentioned subjects.

The candidates must have their score of MHT-CET, which is conducted by the Government of Maharashtra.

For All India Candidates, Jammu and Kashmir Migrant:

  • The candidates must have their score of CET or JEE Main Paper I.

For Children of NRI/OCI/PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National

  • Candidate should have passed the HSC or its equivalent examination with subjects Physics and Mathematics as main subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects, scoring at least 50 % marks.
