Eligibility Criteria

Students must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

Admission Process

Documents Required

• Scanned and recent photograph coloured or black/white (but clear contrast) JPG/JPEG format. Size should be between 10 kb to 200 kb.

How to Register?

• Visit the official website of JEE Main and click on “Fill Online Application Form”.
• Register by giving your personal details, to generate a user id and password.

How To Apply for DTE MP B.E. Counselling?

Candidates are required to apply for online off-campus counseling for B.E. admissions. They must follow the below given steps:

• Candidates must first register for the counseling on the official website of DTE MP.
• After registration the candidates will be asked to upload their documents for verification.
• Then the candidates will be asked to fill out the Online Preference Form and part payment of the tuition fee along with it.
• Finally the candidates will be notified about the seat allotment, and they would have to go to the respective institution to block their seat for admission.

Jiwaji University offers various courses at PG level such as M.A, M.Com, MCA, M.Lib.Sc, M.P.Ed, M.Pharma, LLM, MJMC, M.Sc, MBA, M.Tech etc. To be eligible for these courses candidates need to have a graduation degree with at least 50% marks in aggregate in relevant disciplines. 

To get admission to the PG courses, candidates need to pass entrance exams which are conducted by the university for the courses like M.Sc, LLM, MBA, MJMC etc. For admission to M.Tech, candidates must pass the GATE entrance test and for courses like M.Com, M.Pharm, M.A, M.Lib.Sc, the admission is based on merit.

Jiwaji University PG Eligibility Criteria

• For admission to PG courses like M.Lib.Sc, MA, MJMC, M.P.Ed, M.Com, M.Sc in Jiwaku University, candidates must have passed a Bachelor's degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate in relevant disciplines. 
• For M.Tech, candidates need to have a B.Tech or BE degree recognized by AICTE with an aggregate of 55% marks. Reserved category candidates get 5% relaxation.
• To be eligible for MCA, candidates need to pass graduation in any relevant stream with Mathematics as a compulsory subject at either graduation degree or 10+2 level.
• For LLM, candidates must pass graduation with a Law degree at the undergraduate level with 55% aggregate is eligible to apply.
• To be eligible for M.Pharm, candidates must have 60% in B.Pharma from a recognised University to be eligible.

Jiwaji University PG Selection Criteria

• For admission to M.Tech, candidates need to qualify the GATE entrance exam and they are also required to appear for DTE MP Counselling.
• For MBA admission, selection is based on scores obtained in the entrance exam conducted and those having scores in the entrance or counselling conducted by DTE Bhopal must fill the admission form during the counselling.
• Admission to MCA is based on merit. Students must also apply for DTE MP Counselling for final seat allocation.
• For admission to M.Sc, LLM the selection is based on an entrance exam which is conducted by Jiwaji University and final selection is followed by Jiwaji University Counselling.
• To get selected for M.Com, M.Pharm, M.Lib.Sc courses, admission is based on scores obtained in the graduation exams.
• For M.P.Ed admission, students will be selected based on the rules prescribed by the MP Government

Jiwaji University M.Tech Admission Process

The applications for GATE are accepted through the official website of GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAP). Here, the applicant must first register to create a new registration using a unique email id. 

Documents Required

• Scanned photograph and signature 
• Valid Photo ID such as Passport/Aadhaar Card/ Driving License/Voter ID/PAN Card/ College ID/Employee Identification Card/Notarized Affidavit with Photo, Signature, Date of Birth and Residential Address.
• Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate/Course Completion Certificate.
• mark sheet copies of semester 5, 6 and 7.
• A Provisional Certificate Letter has to be submitted by the final year students according to the format issued by the Home of Institute/Dean/Registrar/Head of Dept.
• Section A of the AMIE mark sheet has to be submitted by the final year candidates for showing professional equivalent qualifications.
• Caste Certificate/Disability or PwD Certificate (if applicable).
• Candidates pursuing masters or a higher degree have to submit the degree certificate of the qualifying exam.

Jiwaji University offers doctoral courses such as M.Phil and PhD programs with various specialisations. To be eligible for both M.Phil and PhD course candidates need to have a Master's degree with at least 55% marks in aggregate. Students must have passed master’s in the concerned subject with a high second class pass marks or 55% aggregate.

Jiwaji University M.Phil/PhD Selection Criteria

• All M.Phil selections are based on University conducted entrance test scores. For the University entrance test, students must have valid scores in Master’s to be eligible for applying.
• For PhD admission, students who are UGC-NET or JRF qualified are exempted from appearing for the University entrance exam.
• Such students can appear for the interview directly, along with their research proposals.

Jiwaji University offers various specialisations under Diploma and Certification courses. The duration of the certification courses is 6 months and Diploma, PG Diploma courses are offered for 1 year. The eligibility criteria is 10+2 level for Diploma/Certificate course but for PG Diploma course candidates need to pass Bachelor's degree with relevant disciplines.
