They already have a job with a high package. What they are looking for is an enhancement of their managerial skills and the IIM tag. So I will not recommend you leave your high-paying job and pursue EMBA especially if you are looking for a better CTC. Not even other B Schools will get you a high package right off the bat. But if you are still adamant about pursuing the program you may take a study leave I suggest. An MBA helps you in the long run and not instantly. You should be willing to take the risk for maximum results.

IPM isnt simple to get into, and if you stop and think about it, you can get along just fine without it too. TLDR: Of the top 20 or 30 B-schools, IPM has one of the lowest ROIs. My friend is a senior at IIM Indore for the same course. As a senior, he has the following pieces of advice and recommendations for his juniors. This is because once you begin your hectic life here, you wont get time for anything else. Refrain from being a part of any clubs and fests in the initial year. Rather focus more on academics. Everyone here is a genius who has made it into an IIM after many struggles. On the brighter side, peers from all over the country add to the experience and fun. Try to make the most out of the library of the institution. You have a prior subscription included in your fees so you are free to explore the huge variety of books here. Read the IPM Manual given in the orientation thoroughly. Inculcate some extra skills like Excel or typing that might come handy in the future. Dont hesitate from approaching the professors for any kind of doubts. They are very humble and cooperative. Seek help from our seniors as they are more than ready to help in any situation. Last and most important, learn basic E-mail writing etiquette before the actual program begins. This will save you from embarrassing yourself in the future. A specific program at one IIM cannot be compared to a general program at another IIM. In any case, you shouldnt think about enrolling in a course at IIM Sambalpur. The fess is comparable with the all other peer Business schools of the nation. The Return on investement is really impressive and the fees structure is very well justified with the infrastructure and quality education provided. There are various scholarships which are run by college ,Government of India and other corporate leaders. The PGP office provides the required details of the scholarships timely and support the students throughout the process.

Cost of study is very high, but then so is the return on investment. It is on par with other institutes of its segment. Scholarships are present from the institute, state and central governments, but are somewhat hard to get as roughly only 10 to 15 stydents are selected for the same.

the role that companies made here is also one of the thing that i loved the most like frontend strategy and consulting role offer here.

the fee structure is like around 20 lakhs without SEP (student exchange program) for the 2 years. frankly speaking, I don't know about all the scholarships till now as I am busy with lots of assignments and meetings by the seniors but yeah there is a need cum merit-based scholarships on campus. campus jobs are great like tons of companies visit and offering great roles with very good ctc. there is plenty of opportunities during the summer internship and final placement as well.

IPM in a summary.

What is the best things about IPM at IIM Indore has to be the campus life. It is one of the first opportunities that a student gets to come and live outside his home. The system is a such that a student remains almost busy the entire day.
The hostels are very well equipped and are comfortable.

The toxic culture which is very common at iims.
Lack of exposure because of campus rules.

The fee structure for the entire first three years would be approximately 15 lacs which is approximately 5 lakhs a year. There is a scholarship scheme available at the campus in which ews candidates can apply for 100 scholarships.

But you will easily get a loan from any bank for your education in top IIMs. Some non-institute scholarships are also there to help students but very few students get them. The placement committee ensures the placement of the entire batch during a summer internship and final placements. The average placement is around 25LPA.
