Likes
- Infrastructure and Environment of the college. The way the management maintaining the college environment is appreciable.
- The faculties are really hardworking and the have good interactions with the students.
Dislikes
- Sometimes the discipline and strict are too much which spoils the college life.
- Unnecessary interference of college management in College events and fest spoil its spirit. Irrelevant rules and regulations are implementing in these events.
Placement Experience:
Students in sixth semester having zero backlogs are eligible for campus placements. 90% of the students are getting placements from here. TCS, Infosys are the main companies coming for placements and also several software companies. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, and average salary package is 6 LPA. Some students will attend several exams and interviews other than campus placement to get job on the companies of their choice. Several students move with their startup ideas after graduation. My plan is to do M Tech before going for a job.
Likes
- The infrastructure is pretty good. The campus as a whole is big. They provide all the basic amenities.
- The placement cell of this college is top notch as they are dedicated to make every students placed.
Dislikes
- Engagement with campus life is a little lesser i would say but then it is solely based on their own perception.
Placement Experience:
From s6 onwards you get classed based on placement assistance. The placement cell is very good in this college. Highest package offered in 2024 is 1200000 per annum and lowest being 300000 per annum 70/120 students in computer science got placed
Likes
- We had two massive grounds ,one on the front and the other on the back of our college .
- The overall ambience of the college was great and the view was filled with trees and aesthetically pleasing designs
Dislikes
- We didn't not have clean bathrooms and our toilets were not properly maintained
- The labs were not fully equipped with perfect equipments and a lot of materials were rusted
Placement Experience:
I didn't apply for any placements and even though there are good placements the maximum we can get from it is about 4 lkh per anum and that's not enough seeing the college is this popular and my plan is to go for ssc jobs
Likes
- Including sports as part of the curriculum.
- Each class have a average boys to girls ration of 4:3
Dislikes
- Distance from hostel to college especially my was around 1km away from the college.
- Traffic block around the campus makes it difficult in the evening to reach the campus .
Placement Experience:
You are eligible for campus placement from 5th semester onwards and do internships with the partnering companies.Highest package ever offered is 34LPA which is great . As for now average is around 6LPA.
Likes
- Building need to be improved with more facilities
- My engagement with campus life and the quality of social interactions was good
Dislikes
- Teaching staffs could be a bit more friendly
- Transportation was a concern since the college buses were minimal
Placement Experience:
Very good placement cell. Placement cell officer is very committed and gives his best effort for getting the institution involved in every companies. Around 100 companies came this year. The percentage of students getting placed is around 70%.
Likes
- The students in the college is very friendly and like minded. Ragging is strictly prohibited inside the campus
- There are many technical and non technical clubs present inside the campus helping students to develop and practice skills.
Dislikes
- The syllabus is affiliated to KTU and is not very updated. Its the same old syllabus and there is no much practical knowledge gained through the syllabus.
- Lab facilities are poor compared to the reputation of the college. Many equipments are not properly working especially the connecting probes
Placement Experience:
The college is well known for the placements and salary packages it provides. Many companies of national and international standards offer placements with salary packages ranging from an average salary of 6,00,000 to 50,00,000. Some of the reputed companies that offer placements are Texas Instruments, Scheighder, Infosys, Technopark, Caterpillar, Oracle, Shobha Constructions, Tismo, Unacademy, etc.
Likes
- The college provides very good number of placements with quite decent salary packages compared to other state funded and private institutes in Kerala.Average salary packages range from 6,00000 to 9,00,000 and higher packages exceed up to 50,00,000
- The campus life is very lively and enjoyable. Many big technical and cultural events including Dhwani and Dhrishti being one among the most popular events held in South India are conducted every year.
Dislikes
- Even though it is one among the premier institutes in India and the number one government college in Kerala,the college lacks proper infrastructure. Many buildings are very old and the classrooms are not very good.
- Lab facilities are poor and in some labs students have to wait to get properly working instruments. As for me since I am pursuing Btech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering,I must be extremely patient as probes an instruments work poorly
Placement Experience:
The campus placements begins from the sixth semester onwards. Many reputed companies of national and international origin come for placements.This include Microsoft, Infosys, Technopark, Schneighder , Tesla , etc and provide good salary packages ranging from 6,00,000 to 50,00,000 lpa. Most students with no supplymentary exams during their course get placed in any one of the companies.

- its a peaceful campus with little to no sound from the outside city.
- its a huge campus. With wide variety of scenaries etc
Dislikes
- The lack of programs. And cultural programs
- Feels like ur in a confined space at times
Placement Experience:
In my opinion students should be eligible from 2nd year onwards for compus placements. Yes the collage provides for campus placements. Some of the companies being infosys, IBM, TATA, Mahindra, Wipro etc. the percentage of students getting placements are low as they dont require the enough marks to be eligible for a placeme

- The freedom and independence we had, beit in dressing or curfews or attending classes
- Very good academic and social life balance, with events from technical societies and Ss and clubs frequently
Dislikes
- Hectic academic calendar, but the university frames it, not the college
Placement Experience:
Students from their pre final year are eligible for placements. Core companies like Visteon and BEL had come, with most companies having software, banking, edutech and marketing background. Around 3.4 to 6LPA packages, and in some cases eve more. Around 60 percent of students in my class including me got placed. My plan is to go for an MTech.

- Freedom and atmosphere of the campus with experienced faculty and alumni network.
- Placement statitics and academical excellence
Dislikes
- Transportation at night seems to be difficult
- stray dogs are there in the campus as it is so large
Placement Experience:
More core companies and non core companies visit cet for campus placements. mostly from third year we can sit for placements. Highest packages varry with respect to companies and couses. mostly 60 to 70 % are placed and rest of them go for higher educations
