I really liked entrepreneurship in class 12 and I also had economics and maths along with it , I pretty much gain interest in studying entrepreneurship that's why I took BBA. The study material that the teachers makes us to study is very relevant to exams , they tell you what can come and what can't, there is not a single thing that they teach goes to waste, even the assignments helps us to get a thorough understanding of what can come in exams. The curriculum is slightly difficult as in mid sems , the exams are held in back to back basis like no breaks in between two subject while in end sems , there are preparatory leaves.

The course syllabus is very much relevant to todays world but the ppts the faculty use is not much up to date, i mean they use ppts from 2013 to teach even now asides that they try to incorporate practical learning to our syllabus

The course plan is very holistic in nature and dynamic. It covers all the aspects of the technicalities of corporate world. It covers all the areas of specialisations such as finance, marketing etc.

The curriculum has now improved after lca coming into picture. Earlier also it was in touch with the real life scenarios and I never had any big issue with what they teach. It was usually learner centric.

The BBA course at Christ University covers a comprehensive range of business-related subjects, offering valuable preparation for both higher studies and future career prospects. It provides a holistic approach by including topics beyond exam-centric subjects, fostering overall development. However, there's room for improvement in prioritizing practical knowledge over theoretical concepts to better equip students for real-world business scenarios. The semester exams, held every 5-6 months, often present challenging assessments.

I chose this course as I always wanted to learn about management and was planning to do MBA. christ university is one of the top and well-recognized universities so I applied. the faculty is very good except for some who are way too strict about the college rules and regulations like attendance. the student ratio is 70 in each section. the faculty is qualified and has very good knowledge on the subject they cater to but some teachers focus on only the theory part rather than the practical learning experience. the exams are not that difficult to pass but CIAs are a lot to do. there are two written exams and two assignments.
In terms of syllabus and curriculum, the BBA (Hons) offered by Christ University is better. Most MNCs prefer BBA (Hons) to BBA. This course is ideal for students who want to go abroad after graduation. The BBA (Hons) degree has many options for credit transfer as well.
Other than these there is no such big difference between the two degrees. Both will offer you good exposure and opportunities.
Some of my friends have studied at Christ University and going by their experience, you should go for the BBA (Hons) program at Christ University. It is a professional program in business administration for students aspiring for roles in the industry or seeking entrepreneurial opportunities. The rigorous curriculum will prepare you for the challenging managerial opportunities in the sector.
Christ University’s BBA (Hons) program is well-regarded for its extensive industry exposure through workshops and internships. It blends theoretical and practical aspects preparing you for the business world.
The university’s strong alumni network and placement cell will ensure that you get excellent career opportunities after the course completion. KPMG, DE Shaw, Bain and McKinsey are some of the top companies that recruit BBA (Hons) students from Christ University through campus drives.
