College teachers are very supportive and helpful for students
Seniors and college professors are very helpful for guidance and counselling

Dislikes

Fees is little high for average students

Placement Experience:

There is a average placement of 3 to 4 lacs and highest package goes to 6 lakhs placement is only for 5% of the students who have not failed in any of the subjects in their graduation courses rest of them are not appear in placement cells by the college.

The college is ragging free. The seniors are very friendly

Dislikes

The fees of college is very high for statistics and biotechnology department
The college is very strict with its attendance policy

Internships Opportunities:

In St. Xavier's College Ranchi there is no internship available on campus. You have to find it on your own. However internship is compulsory for every student in order to pass the final year. There are placements in BBA, Bcom Accounts, BJMC

Likes

The faculties have very much knowledge on their respective subjects and they are super supportive,always give motivation, always tell us about the job opportunities or what better we can do so that we get better knowledge of the subject.
The campus life is good, not super good but good in some ways..the campus is quite large,big ground in the middle and many sitting areas are there in the college. Seniors were super supportive, few canteens are there in the campus.

Dislikes

Very less placement offers which is something that I think college should work on.

Internships Opportunities:

As I am currently in bsc statistics there are not so many but there are some internship offers from nsso office. Not everyone gets selected, only students who are up to the mark get selected. yes, you get paid for this.

The most interesting thing about my college is its placement which is quite good and i liked it the most
Campus is very beautiful but small and have a good greenry around

Dislikes

The thing i disliked most is the sport club which is there but not much active
Maintenance work in library is slow but is improving day by day

Internships Opportunities:

According to my information companies like TATA metaliks and TATA steel offers internship and give stipend of around 45 k for 45 days amd major projects are based on steel making process and afterward procees to carry out after steel making like milling and these project help in getting job easily in steel industry.

The teaching here is good we are provided with notes as well
Exams are held in time here and classes are also held in time

Dislikes

The classrooms are very dirty it should be cleaned
There should be more facilities provided by the college

Internships Opportunities:

I don't have anything to say about internship here yet because i am not into it till now but yes they are many internship opportunities available for vocational course and may be other courses but i don't know much

Professor are good and very clean environment
No ragging and everyone are friendly and supportive

Dislikes

No cafeteria area and no extra pragrams are being conducted
No outgoing trips are being conducted except for educational purposes

Internships Opportunities:

The internship are provided for the BCA department students who are pursuing that in our college .the placement and job opportunities are moderate ..some of the students got the placement in good reputated company and earning a handsome sallary.

Likes

The best thing about the college is, it’s regular classes. You have to complete the 75% attendance to area at any cost otherwise get ready to study the whole year. Once again. Death threatening disease can only be way to sit into examination
The second best thing about the College is its discipline, like you can’t roam around the College corridor or the ground or the canteen. While your ongoing classes you can’t enter the college without the ID card, no matter what

Dislikes

Infrastructure was not up to the mark. Building was old, no proper toilets, no smart classrooms, no air-conditioning.
When it comes to placement, College have a war record. Only 20 to 25% of assistant got placed from the campus and that 2 at a very low average package.

Internships Opportunities:

College will not help you to get a internship program, not at all. You have to manage all these on your own. You have to visit companies. You have to write application to the managers. You have to manage on your own to get a internship. College will just provide you a new objection certificate as per your demand and that's it, internship is compulsory in the sixth semester. Rest summer internship is all up to you. If you want to go for those internships, you can go for those, and it was not compulsory for some internships and all.

Likes

No restriction to talk with student of different courses. It helps to increase our knowledge about other courses also.
Library area is also nice for study alone.

Dislikes

Time of class not fixed. Some time we are in class but there is no teacher at all
Classes of physics and maths are too compact.

Placement Experience:

Several company like infosis Wipro etc . Come in our college for placement. Students of 5 semester are eligible for placement.average package is 200000 and highest package is 400000. Above 75 percentage one can get placement.

There is separate campus for both girls and boys
It's offer library for all students and also provide library card for all students

Dislikes

In this college, students only take admission and come only to give exams
Not a good environment for students for studies

Placement Experience:

Those who completed their graduation and post graduation they are eligible for campus placement. Companies like TCS , Axis Bank, etc are visited and approx 100 and 200 offers made . Avengers pakage is approximately is about 2lpa 50% students getting placement. My plan after getting degree to get job and pursuing higher education

Attendance is taken care of. Good study faculty.
Teachers are very punctual of taking classes and teaching properly

Dislikes

Exams are taken very usually like in a very short short period of time exams are conducted.
Information is provided a bit lately in the official group

There are certain internship opportunities provided to the students . You just have to keep checking on a regular basis upon the opportunities provided and keep applying for them. You have to contact our placement officer who would provide you the required information.
