Beautiful college with bus facility andthe teacher are very helpful they give you exam note and grace marks so we can easily pass in exam .all classmates are good ,senior are very helpful,we get all the books from library for gate preparation

Dislikes

The college is so big and we have to walk 3km to study .the branches in this college is very less only 3 branches are available and no mechanical , electrical engineering is available and the ratio of girls and boy is less compared to others college

Placement Experience:

Right now college is not giving placelment but from next year it will start placement expected avg pakage of 6 lakh and the mba placement offers higher placement of 12 lakh.once the Wipro came for ece placement

Likes

The faculty which is very good and I would say this is best compared to other departments.
Thursday mind meet is organised for every department on Thursday in which one department get opportunity and have a special lecture on that topic with honourable guests.

Dislikes

Our university is in construction which is sometimes becomes problematic for us.
The campus location is in rural area which affect sometimes transportation.

Placement Experience:

Well in my department our batch is the supermost senior so I didn't know about placement or anything but yes I heard that that we have a separate department for career placement which provide placement to deserving students. But, mostly I have seen placement is for MBA , Zoology,etc and other departments and through the their banner I get to know that the highest placement is 8 lakh per year approximately.

The college central university of jammu offers a diverse range of courses ,strong academic performance ,practical learning ,quality education
The campus of university provides a conducive environment for learning and personnel growth ,equipped with modern facilities

Dislikes

Does not allow vehicles without university logo , a student can get one logo only
All private vehicles have to be parked in parking cant use private vehicles to travel in university

Placement Experience:

after completing ur degre a student is eloigible for campus placements companies visited for placement like mahinda finance ,zeiloch and many other companies average package is of 300000 a good percentage is needed

Large campus of 640 acres , Different department in different blocks with multiple courses
Cooperative faculty and good infrastructure, Good canteens in different blocks with good option of food

Dislikes

University is in village so there is an transportation issue
Some blocks are far so there is an issue to go from one department to another

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from 3rd year , there is no such placement record in college as engineering has started before two years, MTECH student's package is good and decent . But I hope the placement of btech will be good

Environment of the college is very good.
The local in the colllege are very supportive

Dislikes

The infrastructure is the college is not good.
There is very less sporting facility except annual competition.

Placement Experience:

Student are eligible for placement from 3rd year . There is no such placement record in college Engineering (BTech)has been started before two years. M tech students got have some placement and my plan after getting degree is job

The thing I liked here is supporting staff members and teachers
The best thing about here is local people who supports you everytime

Dislikes

The college has not a good infrastructure
There is no sports facilities rather than annual competition

Placement Experience:

Since engineering has started just 2 years ago, there is no such placement but m tech students has got placement. The companies visited here is HCl Infosys tat etc. percentage of students getting placed is about 60% . My plans after getting placement is government job

Faculty members are very polite and supportive .
The campus is very big , its around 650 acres.

Dislikes

Our campus is very big so there are some buses but they not scheduled correctly.
There are not so many clubs like photography and music clubs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester students become eligible for campus placements. The companies visited are OLA, Uber, etc, and we have our CSE branch affiliated with DRDO and Our ECE branch Affiliated with ISRO. the best students from every branch will get a chance to do an internship in ISRO or DRDO. In our University around 60% of students get placement. Ill start a startup after getting my Degree.

Last semester students become eligible for campus placement in the central university of Jammu.Companies visited Aditya Birla group job profile- Talent Acquisition HR, BYJU'S - Human Resource Manager, Innvalous Technology - Inside sales marketing /etc, Highest placement package offered 10 LPA CTC. 50 % of students get placed from the central university of Jammu with a good package. My plan is to start my own business in the field of marketing.

placements in university are quite stable as many companies like axis, hdfc, icici, visit campus for placements every 3rd sem student is eligible. the average package offered is bw 5 to 10 lpa. and nearly 40 to 60 % students get selected
