There are many scholarships are offerd on different basis some are based on your annual income and some are based on written test basis. If you will top in it you have to pay 1% fees only. And many other scholarships are there also.

SAPS shoolini academic progression for students offers 100% to current students as they get admitted to higher courses in shoolini university after doing bachelor's degree. in master degree you can get upto 100% scholarship for one semester.
Fee Structure And Facilities:
Fees structure in course of civil engineering is 120000 rupees and the hostel is 90000 throughout an academic year. With this amount of money. They provided all the essence of life for the students which is necessary for a lifetime. Shoolini is a place for everyone who can not efforts high fees structures.

No, I haven't opted for any loan or any scholarship. But there is an exam for entrance in Shoolini and the toppers passing that exam gets good scholarships.
