VNSGU Admission Dates 2026

Admissions for the 2026-27 academic session were anchored by GCAS for UG programmes and GUJCET-driven ACPC counselling for B.Tech and B.Pharm. Both cycles have now concluded. The next academic session (2027-28) is expected to follow the same calendar structure.

VNSGU Courses and Fees

VNSGU offers programmes across 9 faculties covering Arts, Science, Commerce, Management, Law, Architecture, Education, Social Work, and Library Science. The fee range spans from INR 3,000 for short certificate courses to INR 4,39,900 for the integrated B.Sc + M.Sc Biotechnology programme.

VNSGU is particularly strong in Architecture and Design, with B.Arch, B.I.D, M.Arch, and Master of Urban Planning programmes housed in a dedicated faculty. The Applied Statistics, ML and AI, and ICT programmes reflect more recent additions aligned with industry demand.

• MCA Eligibility: Graduation with Mathematics as a subject. Admission through ACPC MCA counselling.
• Process: CMAT/CAT score submission to ACPC MBA counselling → Seat allotment → Document verification → Admission confirmation.

MBA cutoffs at VNSGU typically require a CMAT percentile in the 60 to 75 range for General Category candidates. Exact closing percentiles vary by specialisation and admission year.

Law (LLB, LLM)

• 5-Year B.Com + LLB Eligibility: 10+2 pass. Admission through CLAT score or VNSGU Law Entrance Test.
• LLM Eligibility: LLB with minimum 50% aggregate.

Science, Arts, Commerce, Social Work, Education

• UG admissions (BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BFA) through GCAS merit-based process, with no separate entrance test.
• PG admissions (MA, M.Sc, M.Com, MSW, M.Ed) through university-level merit lists based on graduation marks or discipline-specific entrance.
• Ph.D. admission requires passing the VNSGU Ph.D. Entrance Test plus an interview before the doctoral committee.

VNSGU Placements

VNSGU Placements are primarily driven by the Management, Computer Applications, and Science departments. The university reported placing 224 students in the 2023-24 season, with a placement rate of 70 to 80% across postgraduate programmes.
