curriculum for quite nice. In first year they provide moslty basic subjects and topics which you have covered in your previous classes. after that from very next to it you will push towards your core subjects related to your field and lab sessions are also get streched up. various field trips , industrial visits also been arranged for onfield knowledge.

The course curriculum was good enough to carve ourselves with the technical and practical aspects and also for the software based like Matlab motor solve NAPLAN etc. The faculty member is good enough to guide us with their best regards and to guide us on our minors as well. The university also arranges industrial visits. Every exam was over a period of 2 months if you make notes with the faculty it's very easy to pass the course with good marks.

I have chosen this course. because this is my dream field. When I was in 12th standard then I decided to go to this college and this field. There are 80 faculties in our college and around 2500 students in our college. All the faculties are well qualified.

As for choosing the course I was allotted electrical engineering on the basis of my rank. Here the faculty: student ratio is 1:20 Most of the faculty have a PhD from top-ranking colleges across India like IITs. Three types of exams are conducted 1. Class test 2. Sessional 3. Sem end Which are conducted very timely.

This course (Electrical) gives full exposure to the core and any other domains like machine learning, artificial intelligence etc. Faculties are around 20 and students are approx 150. Faculties are well qualified from IITs, NITs and many other good colleges. Exams are conducted per month and total of 4 exams are conducted in one semester.

The course curriculum is slightly on the tougher side, with all the subjects properly aligned according to the requirements for industry ready candidates. The faculty is highly experienced, having industry experience as well. They keep telling us about the various innovations that can be done in the near future and what are the skills required in order to take up a job in the required domain. There are lectures in which there are around 65 students in one class, and in lab sessions there are around 20 students in one batch. The university focuses of hiring teachers which either have completed their PhD, or are currently enrolled with a PhD programme. The schedule of the exams is as follows: Within one month of commencement of the semester, we have the Class test which are then followed by Mid-Semester exams, roughly having a gap of around 1 month and then finally we have the Lab Practical Exam with Viva, and finally the semester ends with Semester End exam.
I was interested to work in the field so I decided to pursue this course. Here the faculty is too supportive and very helpful to the students. The faculty is very qualified and the teaching techniques are interesting. The exams are a little tough, so qualified, exams, should work hard.
The faculty members are quite good and the curriculum is revised as per the industrial need so we can say that if you want to study seriously then it is the best place for you. As we see the student-to-teacher ratio in the engineering branch is quite good.
I choose this course because of my interest and passion for the field of electrical engineering. The faculty-student ratio is roughly 1:25. There are many faculties in the electrical domain. Quality is undoubtedly great they are incredibly helpful and are always supportive most of the faculties have done m.tech and Ph.D. from renowned colleges, some from IIT and IISCs too. Exams were perfect as per the schedule without any delay and it is not so difficult to pass the exam if you study regularly and have clear concepts. the course curriculum also provides the opportunity of choosing electives of your interest. the course curriculum is vast and covers almost everything
It's bacically in every month named as a class test, sessional test and all in each semester. When we talk about the difficulty level of the exam then it is at its highest possible level of difficulty when compared to our preparations and expectations.
Electrical and Computer science is very different from each other and they have very few things similar to each other.
Here’s a brief overview of the two courses mentioned in the question.

So, you should choose the branch according to your skills and knowledge, rather than choosing a branch, based only on placements. Otherwise, you may have to opt for branch change after 1st year.
Some of my friends studied at Nirma University. According to them the decision about your branch should depend upon your interest.
Categories | Electrical at Nirma University | Civil at Nirma University |
Course Fee | 7.24 lakh | 7.24 LPA |
Placement Percentage | 80% | 60-80% |

From the placement scenario, the department of Electrical Engineering is much better as compared to Civil Engineering. However, you should not opt for any branch by looking at its placement scenario. You must go for the branch that you are interested in as this decision is going to remain with you throughout your life.
