Navrachana University Vadodara Selection Criteria & Admission Process

Navrachana University opens admission for a variety of programmes across undergraduate, postgraduate, integrated, and PhD levels. While the entry requirements vary by course, they generally consist of a selection based on academic performance or percentage of marks, entrance exam scores, and a personal interview.

Undergraduate programmes such as B.Sc, BA, and B.Des require 10+2 from registered boards with the required percentage (range from 45% to 50%).

In professional programmes, B.Tech, for example, eligibility consists of 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM), and NVU accepts JEE Main or GUJCET.

For postgraduate programmes, examples are MBA, M.Sc, and M.Tech, a bachelor's degree in the appropriate discipline or stream with at least 50% marks is required. For MTech GATE exam qualification gives additional advantage to the students.

For entry into the PhD programme, candidates require a master's degree in the appropriate discipline or stream, and the applicant may have to pass an examination or interview, as appropriate, set by the university.
