Course Curriculum Overview:
This course was not my first preference but i have grown to like it a little This course is honestly quiet interesting It provides indian literature european and really insightful poems One of the plays that i have read in this course was really good and fun to read One of the improvements i would suggest specifically in my college for this course would be that some of the teachers are not good at explaining the novels and are quiet fast with their reading and very vague Not given any exams yet so can't speak on that

- i liked the societies of college that indulge different aira in college and excitement between students.

- I think the canteen prices are bit high that the students disliked the most
- The menu of the canteen is also the worse part for students, they want some new stuffs

Okay, so curriculum of course is bit important. The professors prepare you in a way that you yourselves found a huge difference in your personality after your ist year. Their teaching methods are very good. They took your tests, assignment on time .

- The amount of resources to participate in events placed are not at regular intervals

The curriculum was divided into 6 semester and 2 semester per years and the curriculum and study structure is really so good that students won't get stressed out and they can learn happily and smoothly in a good amount of nature and correspondence

- There are in my campus most of the infrastructure are good like something well in good condition
- Faculty has best teaching methods and mentorship quality. Their type of teaching in experimental ways well good.

- The area around canteen have to improved which is literally not good at all .
- Most of the faculty wants their methods from students they didn't allow students to do another method expect theirs.

My decision for choosing this course was very clear because Im from humanities and I want to continue my stream as well I purse english literature in future for further studies... Also I learn basics subject of English literature in my course that's why I choose this as my course..i face difficulties in my exam because of timing issues according to the syllabus and marks for one question.. i thought that the timing of exam are bit short it will have to improve

- I love the infrastructure of the college very much,we have a lot of facilities like park, amphitheatre,hall,lift,library etc.
- The teachers are so fun loving and great,they really support and help you through out your journey

- It's a little far from the metro station,you have to take rikshaws most of the times
- It gives you the college vibes but not the actual university vibes.

As I am doing BA in multidisciplinary course English and history I felt this would not be worth it but eventually we can do honours in one of the 2 in our 4th year if we have a great CGP till 3rd year. The curriculum is mostly like the honours students

Course should me more practical based rather than theoretical Reading novels & giving papers won't make anyone fit for the real world, even no one gives a damn if you have read this novel or doesn't. No one cares really.

- I am in Arsd. Infrastructure is good, washrooms are well maintained. Canteen food is also decent.
- Teachers are good, they help u with the course. They are friendly

- Teachers dont tae class regularly. Some do , some dont. Also you cant rely on them for syllabus completion, youu have to studyon your own.
- Fests, fairs, and co curriculum activities are in excess as compared to studies . Main focus should be on studies. There are lots of distraction in college due to these fests and all. Also i dont like the boys crowd in .y college.
Course Curriculum Overview:
First of all, i would say dont take up ba program, do honours. My course curriculum is good in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness but eventually after studying so much , this course wont land me up in any job, so its equal to useless( thats our education system). New education policy has introduced many changes like additional subjects like Ge(general elective), aec(ability enrichment course), sec( skill enrichment course), vac( value ability course).., which is good for our overall development and these have increased burden on students. The syllabus of na program english major students is almost same as english honours student which is good, we will get honours degree to we expand our course to 4 years. For the exams, we have 1 set of exams at the end of the semester, each semester is for approx 4 months . So 2 exams once a year, one in January and one in june, ( yes at the time when in school we had our winter/summer vacations) alonside we have various assignments and projects

- Delhi University is best campus for students to study and it provide best environment for students because of it's teaching staff
- Delhi University also provide extra curricular activities such as sports etc . So that one student can do excellent job in other field

- In Delhi University people are very much mean and have groups type of things means northeast have there own group and so on
- I think Money matters in Delhi University a lot because of miscellaneous expensive and other things

What is it like to do English Hons from Delhi University?
If you are a reading enthusiast and loves to write with a great hold of Grammar, go for English Hons. You should not choose this as your 2nd option because the course is very hectic and requires a lot of concentration and interest.
English Hons is often misunderstood only with British Literature which is not true. You will be reading literature around the world including American, African, European, and Indian.
You must be regular to lectures as they are highly recommended. The faculty at Delhi University for this course is exceptional and their teachings should not be missed. You may find everything online but attending classes has its own advantages.
