ICFAI University, Raipur has been established and notified in 2011. The University has been empowered to award degrees by the University Grants Commission and is featured in the list maintained by the UGC.

The ICFAI University, Raipur offers admission to the B.Tech programme as the flagship course in UG and MBA under PG.

The selection of applicants for all programs is made through application and interview. While evaluating applicants for admission, due weight is given to academic distinction, awards in sports/cultural events, debates, quizzes, and other extra co-curricular activities. 

25% of the seats for each course/discipline are reserved for the applicants belonging to the state of Chattisgarh.

ICFAI University Raipur Admission Highlights 2024

ICFAI University offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and B.Tech (Lateral Entry) in various specializations to the candidates who want to pursue their career in the field of Engineering. The duration period is four years and three years respectively.

In order to seek admission B.Tech, candidates must have studied and passed 10+2 level or equivalent in concerned subjects. Students who have passed Diploma Engineering in relevant discipline can only apply for B.Tech (Lateral).

The selection of applicants for all courses is made through application and interview. While evaluating applicants for admission, due weight is given to academic distinction, awards in sports/cultural events, debates, quizzes, and other extra co-curricular activities.

At the postgraduate level, the university offers Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) to the students who want to pursue their careers in the field of administration and computer. The duration period is two years and three years respectively.

Admission in the above-mentioned courses is strictly based on the performance of eligible students in a personal interview. The interview process generally starts from the month of July every year.

At the undergraduate level, ICFAI University Chattisgarh also offers Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA). The duration period for each of the courses are for three years.

Admission in both the courses is done on the basis of performance in a personal interview conducted by the university. Generally, the interview process starts from the month of July every year.

University Merit Scholarships based on Past Academic Record: Percentage of marks achieved in Class XII (or equivalent) for UG programs and graduation for PG programs will decide the amount of scholarship. The scholarship will continue semester after semester only on maintaining a minimum 6.0 GPA in the previous semester.
