- The faculty was good and responsible, easy available of references and easy understanding, well professionalized lectures
- The opportunity for scholarships and placements is also top-class at andhra university.
- My experience in my college was pretty good.they have good faculty and facilities in the classroom and the classroom and washroom are kept clean .they provide labs for physics and chemistry,and also they celebrate annual fests and farewells and sports
Dislikes
- The faculty here are very much experienced and well known about the subject but the prblm here is that they just teach us about the subject and go but no one will let you ask if you understand it or not.
- Nothing much but there will be disparities between students and it is difficult to get seat in wished group
- I dislike the college b?cause they is only some placement for the course

- It has high tution fees and now a days my college increases the fees
Placement Experience:
From 4.1 semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements.There are so many companies such as Capgemini, Infosys,TCS,Hexware and wipro.There are 100 percentage of students getting placed in companies.The highest package is 2400000 in Infosys and 800000 in TCS.I should join the company after getting calling letter from company

- I like food in my college canteen. The food is very tasty.

- There is no transportation to my area. I'm suffering to travel.

Placement Experience:
There are placements in my college. From seventh semester onwards, students are eligible for campus placements. There are companies like TCS, Infosys, Miracle, LTI MindTree are some of the companies that visited and made offers. There are 70% of students getting placements in my college.

- I liked the college with best faculty teachings

- I disliked the college infrastructure with less area
- I disliked the college with strict rules and traditional wear
- I dislike the college in lab computers they didn't work at all
Placement Experience:
In this college every student they give the placement and in our college we will provide training of jobs and internship to show our skills and acknowledge our skill with other people and show our ability this college is the best decision ever

- I dont like anything inmie college i just like my hst room thats it
- The college should need renovation and should keep proper benches
- We should need proper facilities for library and library is so small

Placements in our college is very low and if tgere are there are small salary offered colleges we need some more high companies to get our future bright aftr degree if i get job i may fo fhat if not i may apply for mtech

- College surroundings are very peaceful and surrounds with mountains.
Dislikes
- College is not not spacious and i don't like it
- They have very small auditorium and even 2 classes cannot fit into it.
Placement Experience:
Placements are good in our college that they offer companies like TCS, Capgemini,Infosys etc every student will be placed with minimum package.So many students will get offers from 2 or more companies.Out of 200 students 189 members are placed.My plans after degree is to do masters.

- The canteen and classrooms were all good and student friendly
- They conduct events and competitions every year which helps students to explore their interests
- The teachers and workers are friendly with students helping them to express themselves completely

- Some of the rooms are not ventilated and power will go often in the college
- The waiting time for food in the canteen is too much for students
- Some of the teachers are not experienced leading to difficulty in teaching

Like i said the placement system in this college is excellent many students get placed from this college since many companies come to test the students, if not placed the knowledge gained here can be used to gain the job

Dislikes
- While the curriculum is strong, some students feel it could include more flexibility, such as elective courses in emerging fields like AI, Data Science, or IoT.

- The college enforces strict rules and regulations, which may sometimes feel restrictive, especially regarding attendance and campus timings.

3)Highest Rs. 4400000 and average is Rs. 300000 - Rs. 400000.
4)85% plus Students will be placed every year.

- Good timings when compared with rest of the colleges in vizag
- The transport bus facility is really good with A.C buses
- Ragging is very less in this college I would say almost zero ragging
Dislikes
- Teaching is very bad only few of the professors are really good at computer science core subjects
- Very bad infrastructure no proper internet facility
- we have jammers every here and there no bunking no internet
Placement Experience:
The placements in the college are not so good, to be honest. AWS amazon was the highest package recruiter of this college till last year but this year it didn't visit the college for recruitment on campus. From 3-2, the students are eligible for placements as well as internships. We have to do compulsory summer internship in summer holidays at end of 3-2. The high package companies visiting this campus are
Factset -10.8 LPA, Tejas networks -10 LPA (c,c++), Inncircles-10LPA offers 2 roles developer of 10 LPA and tester role of 6.5LPA, JMan 5.16 LPA, Akrivia developer role 10LPA, Infosys SP role 9.5 LPA these r the product companies or high paying companies. Many service based companies also come like accenture and infosys who hire in bulk. Infosys hired 231 members which is a whopping count. The highst package is 10.8 LPA by factset. Almost 50% students r placed. If u have plans to crack gate or higher education palns in foreign then the college has really good network with consultancies and faculty also will give u letter of appericiation and all easily. The faculty is supportive in all these matters.

From third year second semester students become eligible for campus placements.
Many companies visited the campus few of them are Schneider electric, Accenture, TCS, Moschip and offers were also good.
Highest package offered to ECE was 12 lpa and average package was about 6lpa for profiles of graduate engineer trainee.
Almost 70% students got placed.

What is your review of Andhra University?

One of my friends graduated from Andhra University. According to him, it is very reputed among students as well as professionals. But like every other institution, it also has its fair share of positives and negatives. Let me share them with you which you can analyze later on.
Pros:
- It is one of the oldest universities in the country, hence has a great alumni network.
- The student intake in each department is 30-60, which benefits the student-teacher interaction.
- Each department has its own dedicated library consisting of several books, magazines, journals, and other study materials.
- The campus is huge, covering 600 acres.
- They have the biggest sports ground. Students are also provided with a gym and basketball court.
- The entire campus is wifi enabled.
Cons:
- The placements are average. The number of companies visiting the college has gradually decreased.
- The lab equipment is not well maintained or upgraded.
- Andhra University follows the age-old curriculum with little to no changes.
- Students are told to put more emphasis on theoretical learning than practical.
- Exams are mostly based on theories rather than practicals.
Overall, it is an above-average institution. It may not be like the IITs or NITs but still works well. It is suggested that you opt for this only if you have missed the opportunity to study in the IITs or NITs.
