The Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) program in Computer Science and Engineering at Vasireddy Venkatadri Institute of Technology (VVIT) requires candidates to appear for entrance exams such as AP EAMCET. Eligibility criteria include passing the 12th grade with a minimum of 60% percentile. The application process is managed through the AP EAMCET website, where candidates can find details on the application fee and important dates. For the admission year, applications were accepted from March 6 to April 7, 2023.
Admissions also consider rank in the AP EAMCET, with previous admissions reported around EAMCET rank 10000 for the general category. Reservation benefits are provided for backward caste categories, and seats under certain quotas like the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) are also available. The exam schedule and process are governed by state regulations. While the application process currently involves visiting the college website, suggestions have been made for an online system to streamline remote admissions.
Students interested in direct or management quota admissions should inquire directly with the college. Careful preparation for the AP EAMCET is crucial, as some students reported rejections due to improper entrance exam attempts. VVIT is favored for its reputation, convenient location, competitive fee structure, and promising placement offers, contributing to its appeal among students across various states.
