The candidates seeking admission to the program must fit the following criteria:
Academic Requirement (For Indian):
- Minimum 50% aggregate PCM/PCB* or Physics & Mathematics score with any Technical Vocational Subject. Physics, Mathematics & English is Compulsory with Chemistry/Biotechnology* or Biology*/Technical Vocational Courses in 10+2/Class 12th or equivalent examination AND 50% aggregate score in Class 12th/HSC. Or
- Minimum 60% aggregate score in Diploma in Engineering & Technology in an appropriate branch from an approved University (without backlog).
Academic Requirement (For International):
- 10+2/Class 12th Minimum 50% score in PCM/PCB. Within this Physics and mathematics are Compulsory with Chemistry or Biotechnology or any other Technical Vocational Courses in 10+2/Class 12th or equivalent examination from Govt. an approved Institution Or
- a Minimum 50% aggregate score in Diploma in Engineering and Technology in an appropriate branch from Govt. approved institution or equivalent (without backlog)
Selection Process:
- The selection process for B.Tech programs is based on JEE 2024 / MHTCET 2024 / PERA 2024 / MHTCET-B* 2024 / NEET* 2024 score and a Statement of Purpose (500 words) written by the student for those candidates who meet the Eligibility criteria. [*Applicable only for Bioengineering program]

The fee structure is divided into two halves you have to pay 1st instalment of 50% of the fee and 2nd instalment has to be paid within 90 days of 1st instalment. There are many internship opportunities we get from college

- The management to student communication can be improved

The fee is quite a big amount 3.10 lakhs per year but there is provision for scholarships on the bases of the jee or cet score through which admission is taken if the student takes admission through the peracet exam or mitwpu exam then there is no provision for scholarships sadly.

The yearly fee for this course is 1.9 lakhs. If your income is below 8 lakhs you get some reduction in fees. If you are from the open category you get two scholarships Rajashri Shahu Maharaj shishyavratti and Punjab Rao Deshmukh shishyavratti.

The fee here at MIT WPU per year is 3lac for engineering. Various scholarships are available like scholarships for scoring good marks in various national and state-level exams. Fees are too high at MIT WPU.

The Cost of study for an annum is 137207 for my batch and remains the same for all 4 years. but there is a price hike of 20 -30 % for new engineering students every year. also, you can apply for ebc the scholarship provided by the Maharashtra Government so that government pays 50% of your fee But you Should enter through the cap rounds only to be eligible for the scholarship. Also, you can avail the scholarship of the minority if you belong to a minority.
Course Curriculum Overview:
As far as I know. many of the very best old teachers of MIT, from every dept. have left or about to leave the college (there are several reasons for this. one of them being that the students would not be getting University of Pune certificate.which is considered to be one of the best universities). So, even if the placements (which were very good in MIT Pune) may not change, the staff would be replaced. And believe me the staff of MIT was very helpful and excellent in teaching. There were teachers who have 22-26 years of experience. and they taught just awesome.MIT WPU has claimed of bringing industry experts to teach. but don?t know what will be the case.

No I did not. I did not have the need to avail any education loan. I borrowed the money from my parents.

I did opted for scholarship, which is compulsory if you are not in open category. It is because if you are paying some amount then remaining amount is paid by gov to the college. In order to receive that payment from government students have to fill the scholarship forms

I didn't avail for any scholarship or education loan. College does help in guiding students to avail an education loan. There is no such scholarship provided by the institution until now.
