The university offers admission to the MBA program under 4 specializations. The admission to the course will be based on the performance in CAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/ GPAT or IIHMR-UMAT.

Graduation Degree holders in any stream from a recognized University or Institution can apply for admission to the course. Candidates appearing for the final examination can apply for admission.

The selection process of the university includes the performance in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The final selection will be based on the marks secured in CAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/ GPAT or IIHMR-UMAT followed by the Group Discussion and Personal Interview conducted by the Institution. The institution offers admission to the Masters of Public Health Program. Candidate with a  minimum of 2 years of full-time health-related experience beyond the Bachelor’s/Master’s degree will be eligible for admission to the course.

IIHMR University, Jaipur MPH Eligibility

• Candidate must have a bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of two years of experience (full time) related to health besides the Bachelor's/ Master's degree. (Work experience is waived for Ph.D. and M.B.B.S. graduates)
• Prior college-level mathematics courses, prior college-level biology course and another health-related course.

IIHMR University Jaipur MPH How to Apply?

Applicants who wish to apply for MPH program should follow the steps given below:

STEP 1: Candidate kindly send the completely filled pre-screening questionnaire by clicking https://applications.iihmr.edu.in/ along with an updated CV/resume on or before May 31, 2024 for pre-approval.

STEP 2: The applicant will receive a confirmation mail from IIHMR-U after the receipt of the documents in STEP-1. If the student found eligible then a pre-approval email for the application will be sent to the candidate by the IIHMR University, followed by another email from Johns Hopkins BSPH with an invitation to complete the online MPH application through SOPHAS (Schools of Public Health Application Service) on the weblink https://sophas.liaisoncas.com/applicant-ux/#/login. In order to be considered for admission, the candidate has to submit the completed application (fully submitted application along with the application fee of US $ 145) by July 01, 2024.

Required Documents:

1. Curriculum Vitae/Resume (will be uploaded with application).
2. Page Personal Statement (will be uploaded with application).
3. 3 Letters of Recommendation – Electronically through SOPHAS.
4. Official TOEFL Score – send to SOPHAS in Massachusetts use code 5688.
5. Official GRE Score – send to JHSPH at SOPHAS 3738 /or GMAT scores should be sent to KGB-3R-06.
6. Official Credential Evaluation of all Foreign Transcripts (all colleges/universities outside of the US that you have attended) should be sent through World Education Services or WES. The CAS provider you should choose is SOPHAS.

The college also offers a Ph.D. in hospital and health management, pharmaceutical management, development studies and public health. The basic eligibility criteria is a Master’s degree or PGDM. All admissions are based on merit in the university Research aptitude test (IRAT) and the subsequent Personal Interview.

Candidates who have UGC CSIR qualified JRF & NET, SLET, GATE and Teacher Research Fellowship and have passed M Phil programme in relevant subjects, will be exempted from appearing for the IRAT exam. Post Graduation Degree holder will be eligible for admission. 

IIHMR University, Jaipur Ph.D. Eligibility:

• Master’s degree or PGDM (In case of PGDHM/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDRM/PGDPM, an AIU equivalence to MBA is essential) with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) for general category and 50% marks for SC and ST candidates
• Candidates who have cleared the MPhil course work with at least 55% marks (50% marks for SC and ST candidates) in aggregate or its equivalent and successfully completing MPhil degree shall be eligible to proceed to do research work leading to the Ph.D. Degree in the same Institution in an integrated program
