Sports Scholarship Criteria

This includes involvement in international, local, state, or national level competitions. Documentation, such as certificates or letters from coaches, may be required to verify participation and level of achievement

Continuation of Sports Scholarship
The Sports Scholarship is granted on an annual basis for the first year of the program. For continuation into the second and subsequent years, recipients must adhere to the following conditions:
1. Academic Performance: Scholars must maintain a minimum CGPA of 7 (or equivalent academic performance) and attendance of minimum 50% as specified in the scholarship policy. This ensures that student-athletes are balancing both their academic and athletic commitments effectively.
2. Sport Participation: Continued eligibility requires ongoing active participation in the respective sport. Scholars must engage in competitions and training, demonstrating commitment to their sport.
3. Review Process: Scholarship renewal will be subject to a review process at the end of each academic year. Recipients may be required to submit documentation of their academic performance and sports involvement.
4. Adherence to Policies: Scholars must comply with all institutional policies and regulations, including any specific requirements set forth in the scholarship policy. Martyr’s Scholarship
100% tuition fee waiver for Wards of Martyrs of the program.
Criteria for Admission
The Martyr’s Scholarship is designed to honor the sacrifices of those who have served the nation. To be
eligible for this scholarship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Academic Eligibility:
Candidates must fulfill the minimum academic eligibility requirements for the respective program as outlined in the Admission Brochure.
Candidates must also successfully pass through the selection process established by the institution.
2. Scholarship Amount:
Selected students will receive a 100% scholarship on tuition fee, subject to the decision of the Scholarship Committee.
3. Fee Adjustment:
The scholarship will be awarded after the candidate joins the program. Any excess fee paid by the student will be adjusted against the academic fees of the following year.
4. Documentation Requirement:
The qualifying act that led to the martyrdom must be in the line of duty. Applicants are required to submit documentary evidence to substantiate their application and justify the scholarship.
5. Eligibility for Wards of Martyrs:
The scholarship provides a 100% tuition fee waiver for the first year of the program for the wards
of martyrs from the following organizations:

8. Fee Waivers
To promote gender equality and encourage female education, a fee waiver of 10% is available for female students enrolled in any program. Key details include:
1. Eligibility:
This waiver is applicable to female candidates who:
1. Have a family income of less than ₹8 lakhs per annum.
2. Income Certificate issued by competent authorities (e.g., Tehsildar, Revenue Officer) For continuation of 10% fee waiver from second year onwards, students must: 1. Maintain a minimum 75% attendance record 2. Achieve a minimum of 7.5 CGPA
3. Clear all previous-year subjects

To support students from diverse backgrounds, the following fee waivers are offered
1.10% Fee Waiver for Applicants from Kashmir & North East India: (First year tuition fee)
This waiver is available to candidates who are residents of Jammu and Kashmir or any of the North Eastern states of India
2.10% Fee Waiver for Children of Defence Personnel:( First year tuition fee )
Children of active or retired defence personnel are eligible for a 10% fee waiver to acknowledge their contributions and sacrifices.
3.10% Fee Waiver for Applicants from Nepal: ( First year tuition fee )

100% tuition fee waiver for Wards of Martyrs of the program
Seat Reservation:
1.A minimum of 25% of seats for admissions at the university shall be reserved for students of the State of Haryana.
2.Within this quota, 10% of the seats shall be specifically reserved for students belonging to the Scheduled Castes of Haryana.
. Fee Structure for Haryana Domiciles:
The fee structure for the 25% of students who are domiciles of Haryana shall be based on a merit- cum-means approach and shall be allocated as follows:
1. One-fifth (20%) of the 25% reserved seats shall be granted a full fee concession.
2. Two-fifths (40%) of the 25% reserved seats shall be granted a 50% fee concession.
3. The remaining two-fifths (40%) of the 25% reserved seats shall be granted a 25% fee concession

Continuation of Admission Scholarships

1.100% Scholarship:
Students must attain a position within the top 5% of the merit list for their program.
Maintain a minimum CGPA of 9.0 or higher.
2. 70% to 90% Scholarship:
Students are required to consistently rank within the top 15% of the merit list.
Maintain a minimum CGPA of 8.0 or higher
3. 40% to 60% Scholarships:
Recipients must secure a spot in the top 10% of the merit list.
Maintain a minimum CGPA of 8.5 or higher.
4. 10% to 30% Scholarships:
Students are required to consistently rank within the top 20% of the merit list.
Maintain a minimum CGPA of 8.0 or higher
5. Attendance and Conduct:
Students must maintain an attendance rate exceeding 75% in each semester.
They should not face any academic or disciplinary restrictions during their course of study

Important Scholarship Notes
Single Scholarship Policy:
Students are not eligible to receive a combination of scholarships and concessions. Only one type
of scholarship or concession may be availed, and you will receive the option that offers the greater
benefit.
2. Application Requirements:
To be considered for a scholarship, applications must be submitted with complete details in
the prescribed format, along with the necessary Sports/Martyr Certificates and relevant documents.
Incomplete applications will not be processed and will be cancelled.
3. Exclusions:
Please note that scholarships in any category do not cover the costs of boarding and lodging
4. Fee Payment Process:
In all scholarship categories, students are initially required to pay the full fees. Any excess amount
resulting from the scholarship will be adjusted against the payment for Semester-II.
2. Approval Process:
The grant of scholarships is subject to the approval of the Scholarship Committee.
3. Limited Availability:
A limited number of scholarship seats are available, and they are granted on a first-come, first-

I have opted bba courcee and the fees structure of 1 yr is 184500 and registration fees is 30000 it is included in 1 yr fees of 184500 and i think it is affordable and really worthh investingg your money in this college

The annual fees of one year of btech computer science engineering is 1.80 lakhs i did not avail any scholarship but there is a opportunity to avail scholarship in ews certificate my hostel fees is 1.50 lakhs

the year wise fees if 1lac 84k for boys and there is 10% off for girls so fees for girls is 1lac71k per year. registration fees was charged 30k from all students scholarship is given on pcm aggregate of 12th boards or your how well u scored in you jee entrance. from 60-70percentile its 10% and starts increasing with better score. fees of my batchmates depend on there boards marks and jee marks some have 50% scholarhsip and some have no scholarship at all.

The fees structure of iilm university for bachelor of technology is 184000 per year and there is also specialization for bachelor of technology students in apple and ibm whose fees structure is 234000 per year

The fees is all inclusive of tuition , lab etc.. the registration charges that is 30000/- was charged during the registration process. The scholarship amount is dependent on the percentage of class 12 or JEE Main score. I received 20% fee concession due to financial backward status after consultancy with the admission officer. The fee concession is applied on 120000/- while 30000/- is levied most probably as examination and lab fees. The proper breakup is not provided to us even after the fee payment . The fee throughout the course is the same as stated in the offer letter. The scholarship are continued after the first year with the criteria of attendance-80% and CGPA above 8.
