Remarks

Overally Kiit is the best University in eastern India providing every basic amenities and quality education to students.and making them a best.A student here can explore a lot out of him in studies as well as in cocurricular activities. But a single Drawback is it's Fee Structure which is a bit expensive.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

My course that is Msc Applied Microbiology is a post graduation course, which is basically for two years and consist of four semesters. It is basically a job oriented course in which a student can look forward to jobs and also can enroll himself for PhD programs also.

Placement Experience

4

Many Renound compies arrive to this University for placement purpose.one can easily find a job in this course weather it may be on campus or off campus. If student want they can continue their further studies.for intership purpose we have to apply for different institute and industry and also recommend. Stipend is rarely provided by industries.

College Events

5

Various types of events like Dance, painting , Singing,Sports,IQ based competition are available.Every department has separate entertainment programs ,Example-Rangmanch,Buzzplosion and many more.Kiit fest is a Festival celebrated by University in which student participate in various competition and many more entertainment programs are arranged.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure in Kiit is a bit expensive here as compared to other colleges in odisha they charge a bit more. when I joined the college last year2018 ,they used to charge 75k during admission(for laptop , counselling, and blazer) and for 4 semeter 75k respectively 3.75lacs.which now is hiked to 96k per semester

Fees and Financial Aid

No the college is not providing any kind of loans or Scholarships to the students as of my knowledge till know.but yes you can have a conversation with your local banks regarding the loan facilities.

Campus Life

5

Believe me you would be provided with ample opportunities to explore yourself here.As the college provides Gym, Swimming pool, Basketball tennis courts, it has a big cricket ground. If you are concerned with labs then trust me go ahead Labs are highly specialised with all the high-end instrument equipped in it.

Alumni/Alumna

Yesss, there will be a formal introduction session among the Juniors and seniors where the are able to create a link or contact with the seniors. If you can create a link or bond with them, then trust me seniors would be more helpful as compared to teachers.

Admission

We have to apply online for the desirable course at their respective site Kiit.ac.in and then appear the exam, followed by the counselling process which we have to attend after being selected by the college.

Faculty

5

Faculties are highly qualified and most of them have completed their PhD and are engaged in Teaching and Research also. Most of them have completed their doctrol and post doctrol courses from abroad countries.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is very good at niser and are comparable to some foreign institutes. There are world class facilities available for you and the labs are the main insights here. But you have to be somewhat attentive regarding your exams as exams are easy to moderate level.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I want to become a lecturer so i choosed the royal course Masters in zoology rather than any other specialisation course. And the course Masters of Science in Zoology, Botany is provided by very few private universities in Odisha and AIPHU is one of them i think probably the best one. Faculty do come and leave but there replacement is done simultaneously. The faculty student ratio is normal. Most of the faculty members have completed there PhD as well as Post Doctorial research from foreign universities and medical. Our faculty focus on building strong foundation. They start from basics and teach the difficult topics in very simpler way. We have two midterms each of 1 hours and of 100points which get converted to 20 marks. And one endterm of 50 marks and 10 marks for internal assessment. Midterms are brainstorming but it makes us thorough in specific units which makes endterm exam easier.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because this allows me to delve deeper into the passion for understanding animal life and their biological processes. Secondly, this is also a step towards my goal to become a researcher. The faculty members at our university are very dedicated, highly qualified, with their post-docs from a renowned university and are very cooperative. They teach us in a very friendly way, and their passion for research enriches the academic environment. The difficulty level for term exams is medium, neither too hard nor too easy, and requires hard work.
