RNSIT college review

I am in 2nd sem and have not entered the department yet. So i cannot comment on the curriculum soo far. But at times i feel that we should be made to focus on the department we have entered in the sense if i have taken AIML then i should be made to focus on that only and train the whole 4 years on that

I currently study in 2nd sem and i am not sure about the internship opportunities. I thunk ill have a better idea after 4th sem(2nd year) but i guess if u have the potential you will get opportunities

Placement records are quite good with the highest package being around 41 lakhs this year from the department of AIML The highest overall package is 56 lakhs The average package is around 5-6 lakhs for CSE stream and allied branches

The fee structure for AIML was around 6 lakhs through management in 2024 and is around 7.5 lakhs currently in 2025 The fee through cet and comedk is mostly the same although i am not completely aware of it.

The campus is quite huge There's a good balance between academic activities and club activities. There are various clubs including cultural clubs, sports club and even branch related clubs. You can join the club of your choice

RNS is a tier 2 college and a lot of the colleges fall under this category but when compared to other tier 2 colleges i felt that RNSIT has better placement record compared to other colleges The admission process was quite smooth and fast

The lectures i have interacted soo far are polite,friendy and encouraging They encourage you to ask doubts and they explain your doubts till u understand them. The internals are quite easy and not complicated provided you study everything they ask you to study

I dont stay at hostel soo i am not sure about the night life in the campus but im sure there is nothing to complain about that. I am also not sure about the closing timings of gym cafeteria and library The overall environment is quiet friendly
