Delhi University- know it all

The courses that I've opted for is B.A. programme with Political science and english as my major and minor. This combination is quiet helpful for those who aspire to join government services. Exams of the same course is easy to moderate as far as difficulty is concerned.

Placement and internship opportunities are different in different colleges mainly due to college background. opportunities greatly helps in skill building and resume building as companies like wipro , dominos etc provides Placement and internships

College offers campus placements to students with certain big companies like wipro , tata etc. Offering placement to students but most of the students like to pursue masters after the bachlores fegree or try for government services . The package for students in DU ranges from 3 lpa to 12 or more lpa

Annual fee of my college is 20000 for my course that is B.A. prog. Political science +english , there is change in the amount of fee for different courses that reaches from 15000 - 25000 approx. there are certain scholarships available for sc/st , single girl child and scholarship based on the merit .

Colleges in DU are mostly known for their fest culture and this is the time most celebrated in DU, most fest are held in March and April . Du offers a great range of books with good library infrastructure . Sports , extra-curriculars , societies and societal activities like ngos is the heart and soul of DU hence providing a great deal in these all and hence great skill development.

Admission in DU is based on the CUET exam in which I opted for different colleges of DU only as secured a seat in my college however the mistake in my preference list landed me into a college that I didn't aspire for however, the college is good . Cutoff for DU is different for every course and it even ranges from 200 /800 or even lower in certain courses to 700/800 for courses like B.A. in English, history or political science, etc.

The faculty-students ratio is considerably good with experienced and supportive faculty . The exams include 7 exams for programme courses that are not difficult, most exams are easy to moderate as far as difficultly is concerned allowing students to score good marks

Delhi University campus life is bueatiful with lots of cafes and hangout spots nearby colleges . With these comes the beautiful places of delhi be it historical or parks or mueseums along with the famous eatries across delhi and in campus area as well. Night life of DU north campus is to die for.
