Course Curriculum Overview

3

this curriculum does help me in improving my future as the faculty and their teaching methods are not only limited to academics but they provide us that lovele of understand where we have to think out of the box, which improvise my knowledge on various feilf and is creating and making me more curious for new things. Helping me boosting my career and directing in correct path

Internships Opportunities

2

Our college does provide internship oppertunities but not too good , but yahhh it is goo for 1st year students for first try. the LAW FIRM AND SOME INTERNSHIPS COLLEGE PROVIDES ARE 1. Legal vidhya 2. NyaySarthak 3. Pradeep Rai Advocate.

Fees and Financial Aid

Per year fess for BALLB is 250000, i have scholarship of 25% the fees i pay right now is 187500. their are two campus Lloys law college( CAMPUS 1) WITH FESS OF 280000, AND LLoyd school of law with (campus 2) with fees of 250000, it does reduces if u have scholarship.

Campus Life

2

WELL it is really disappointing that this college does lack when it comes to campus life and enjoyment, as it does not give any cultural fest like really limited and mostly focus on conducting MOOT competion. If u dont have any friend it is really tough to and boring college life over here

Hostel Facilities

2

when Room facilities depend upon which room u are opting for, eg we have double, triple, and 4 setter room. And depnd upon the hostel you are chooseing size does vary eg the in campus hostel which is for girls are quit small dont have proper cupboard and if u have opted for AC room ur room may feel quite spacious other wise non AC (cooler room) does look messy.

Admission

The main reason i choose this college was ofcourse dur to CLAT which i couldn't clear otherwise it was my dream to joint NLU. After not getting my dream college i applied and serched for many colleges but as LLOYD was near Delhi had great exposer and is known for its good academdic , and was also less expensive as compared to other private college, i decided to choose LLOYD.

Faculty

3

Faculties of college are really good except few and are always ready to help anytime u ask for. Faculties are defenetly strict if u are misbehaveing but over all they are friendly and helping. the exam is like the we have two internals in one sem IA1 AND IA2 , and as the college is affiliated with CCSU the the marking sytem of CCSU is really bad as they dont give marks at all.

Night Life

1

We do have gym in hostels, cafeteiras in campus, library which is a decent one. And if i talk about hostel and their tyming so girls hostel timing is 7:30 om last and for boys the timing is same but being boy they get to enjoy more. and honestly if we talk about hangout places we dont have much such places as i alredy ention this college is extremly strict. you cant hang out at night if u are staying in hostel

Placement Experience:

Arey our campus internships have been taken care of amazingly but placements still are little slim. Delhi is where most of the students where places with a salary of 40k on and average. Some even less as students were ready to work for 20k as well.

Since many ministers and their department keep an eye on our college more jobs are provided in government sector than the private ones. Even private law firms come and around 30% students are placed from campus every year.

Court practice states from 3rd year and hende thereby training as well. So, placements in some of the top chambers of high courts or even top Litigation legal offices like Trilegal and JSA from Delhi have helped us to interns and then get a PPO from them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'd rate it a solid 8.5 out 10 considering the details we are taught in and out the classroom learning program and I'd suggest that there be more of moot court competitions and sessions including every student for more exposure and confidence building. The exams are half yearly and cover pretty much everything we've learned.

Placements for law school are very very low indeed and out of total 180 students not more than 20-30 even get placed. Seminars and top brass are invited to guide students how can they take their career forward but not many direct placements happen.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is well structured and is divided across 10 semesters so that the students don't get overburdened. The three year llb gets hectic. That's why i chose this course. The curriculum includes moot courts and drafting which is very helpful for further pursuits in law. The mandatory presentation in each semester builds confidence. However, I'd suggest preparing students for moot courts by focussing more on the moot court society will further sharpen the eloquence of the students. The exams are conducted twice in a semester and are moderately difficult.

Not many as placements are less and just a handful like from a batch of 180 in all, 30-40 students are placed from campus. Mostly it's the two tier law firms that comes and offer us quite less as well.
