Course Curriculum Overview
I feel the theory part of our curriculum isn't much relevant or prepares for real - world applications, only some basic information is what I feel is necessary, although the lab and the practical part prepares us for real - world applications and teaches us a lot of things related to photography, news paper page building, survey report, etc. I believe they should have a better approach and teach more relevant real - world or in demand market skills which'll help the students in the future. Exams are conducted 2 times in a year, once between March - april, and second time between August - September.

Campus Life
Fests, freshers and different festivals are celebrated throughout the year, annual sports are also held typically in the month of December. The college library is vast and has a large collection of books for the students to avail.
Admission
I applied to the Lovely professional university, punjab but I couldn't get into it because of financial restraints, that university was better in nearly all aspects related to this field and infrastructure. I chose this college because of financial issues.
Faculty
There are 32 students in our department and 5 teachers in total including our HOD. The teachers are approachable but sometimes lack knowledge related to our curriculum and exams. There are 3 - 4 internal exams conducted based on the syllabus published by the University of Calcutta and vivas are also conducted and the major and minor paper exams are conducted in away centres. There are 2 semesters in a year.
Night Life
The gym is present but the equipments are old and rusted and the gym is only available on Monday Wednesday and Friday. Cafeteria is not available. I am not aware of the hostel timings. A tea stall outside the college is a famous hangout place of the students. Campus opens at 9 am and closes by 5 pm
