Course Curriculum Overview

3

I'm basically from commerce stream and chose this course because this is a common course and comparatively easy as compared to others. I'm preparing for govt exams which can be given after graduation this course quite resembles with my competitive exams syllabus.

Placement Experience

2

MFrom 6th sem that is final sem students are eligible for placement some of the companies visited are amazon, and local companies which do not operate in big operational size. The highest package offered was approx 6lpa and generally the average package is 4lpa. Around 40-50% students got placed. The college doesn't revealed much information about their placements stats even in the orientation they didn't talked about this much. My plans after getting the degree are preparing for competitive exams like xat cat to pursue MBA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fees i paid for the course is approx 23000 it increases every year with some thousands. There is an examination fees of 1550 rs which is required to pay for every sem exams. For those who choose hostels they have to pay hostel and mess fees which is approximately 5-10 thousand. Otherwise the college fees is affordable compared to other private colleges.

Campus Life

3

Campus Life is not much exciting due to much crowd in a small place. Although the college also helds different fest like BBC Business Conclave, Annual Social Gathering. There is a specific Library which is divided as per the courses and subjects. But the books are not enough available for even half of the students can avail the books . College doesn't offers any social groups or clubs which makes college life boring.t The college offers the students to participate in various sports and join college team to compete in district and college level competition. I'm also a team member in college chess team. College has a great focus on sports also.

Admission

I applied for du colleges by cuet but didn't got my dream college and I pre admission in this college as a backup. In jabalpur this college is considered best for good quality education it focuses more on quality over quantity also other colleges were too far from my household. The college's environment locality is much better than other colleges it has a good campus environment although it is not massive like other colleges.

Faculty

2

The faculties are good but some them are arrogant and not much helpful when you are facing some issues. Some teachers help with issues which are not of there subjects. Overall the faculties are average. Exams are moderate but some students mostly got atkt in core and major subjects like Accouns and statistics.

Night Life

1

There is a gym for students which opens after 5pm everyday and closes at 8pm. The cafeteria is only allowed to be operated in college classes hours. The night life around college is not much fascinating due to conjusted and high traffic area . The college is not opened in the night so there is no college night life thing.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Subjects are all theoretical, don't expect practical knowledge, syllabus for many subjects is very extensive and Faculty wont even complete the syllabus. You need to study most of things on your own. They would bombard you with 3 tests for internal assessment for each subject and sometimes they take it as suprise test and sometimes even test for 2 subjects might clash on the same day.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In 10th i got good percentage , but was not intereted that much in science , so i took up Commerce + Maths , then passed my 12th standard with 93% and i realized my decision was good. Then after 12th i had to do graduation so i choose B.com + Hon. As this seemed me the best option rather that BBA or any other. On an average , in my college , there were 40 - 50 students in each batch. There were different teachers for different subjects. There was not much mess and the teachers were enough to handle and teach all the students . Teachers in government colleges have years of experience , thats the reason many people get into these colleges , in my college too teachers were qualified and were ready to clear any doubt . We were having 2 semesters in the year , half - half course in both , these papers arent too difficult to pass if there was a proper study. I dont found these papers much difficult.
