Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum Timetable will be as same as daily. From monday to saturday there will be college on the same start time and the same end time too. the timings of exams are 3 hours.It is very easy to write in 3 hours.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 65000 per year

Placement Experience

IN SMVEC,the placements will be very good more than 200 companies will visit our college during our placement drive like TCS,Infosys etc. The highest paid Package is 1200000 and the average is 500000.

I am Harreshh.M from SMVEC . My college fees is 65000 per semester. From the beginning of my college im paying 65000 only. Other classmates fees are lesser than me because of their Category. This is the detailed structure of my fees.

Campus Life

My overall experience as a student in this college is very good. My campus life is very good. The book needed for me is always available in the college library so it is easy for me to use it. So it is good

Admission

No, before centac itself i got management seats in this college. After my centac results came out, i got seat in this college through centac in Artificial Intelligence. No i didnt apllied to other colleges.

Faculty

The relationship the students and the faculties are very good.They are very interactive with us. They are friendly with us. There are 5 exams per semester. Some are easy and some are hard to write. The practicals will be good.

Interview Experience

i didnt written anythin i just got seat with my 12th standard mark thrpugh centac . the sleection process is all over rank in puducherry that is in centac . no i only prepared for my 12tb standard exams.

Night Life

As i am a day scholar , i mostly dont know about the night life in our college, but my friends told me that it is very good to be in our college in night, it is very safe to be inside, the campus is safe.

Placement Experience:

Placements of the college are good and in increasing phase. Placements training is also provided in college from 6th semester as per students wish. Combination of core and software companies will hire students in placement

Life in Pondicherry Technological University

Placement Experience:

7 th sem you are eligible if you don't have any backlogs. Like 15 companies came and made offers . The percentage of students getting into the placement by college is like 60% . My plan is to complete a master degree or to try to work in zoho company.

Placement Experience:

From the third semester the students are eligible who crack all semester clear. There are lot of companies visited especially TCS, Zoho, Wipro etc. The Highest average pay is 28000 per month in Zoho. There are 77 students are placed out of 130 in TCS campus interview

Information Technology this course play a major role in all MNC side and this field will never end because day by day technology is growing in our world , so that i choose this fiedl and also in this college this coures have good impact . while talking about faculty mamber and department , The department abmians was very good and cool this department have sepcific library, all faculty 's are very good in nature they can teach whenever we ask doubt , and the faculty's are well educated and have knowledge in all kind of domain every faculty's are completed PHD. totally 450 students are pursiving this coures in this college . the teaching mood in this college is completely problem solving mood and self learing method. time about sem exam is after 4 month of starting courese and in between you have internal test , ans assignment processes . difficulty of exam is medium .

Due to parents opinion i have joined in sri manakula Vinayagar enginnering college. Comparison between st Joseph's and sri manakula Vinayagar enginnering college is cannot be done because of cost of living will be different from Chennai. I choosed this college over other colleges mainly for its placements. But the bad things was it's donation fees. Which was too high.
