It is one of the best college to practice the engineering discipline.My department provide the students a perfect blend of academic as well as practical experiences .
Entrance Preview :
I was joined in this college through Merit list category under the Other Backward Class category.I did not write any entrance exam in this college.My friends insisted me to do this course.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course i chosen was B.TECH in mechanical engineering.my college students have a perfect blend of academic as well as practical experiences which helps them to serve the society and fulfills the needs industrial sector.There are many research initiatives are taken in my college.
Internships Opportunities :
The college does not provide any internship to the students.They conduct industrial visit for my department students at steel plants.The experience was very good and highly useful to us.
Placement Experience :
The placement scenario was moderate in my college.More than thirty percent of the students got placed in many companies in Chennai. TCS and Infosys infotech are the major companies.
College Events :
Many technical workshops on android and seminars are conducted in my college.The college conduct the college Day Fest in the grand manner.The organizations contribute more with the students.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fee structure was very affordable in my college.I paid the fee amount of fifty thousand per year including all the fee such as academic and transport fee.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The college provide scholarship to the meritorious students for their individual performance.I did not avail any scholarship form my college.
Campus Life :
The college conducts sports meet on every year for the benefit of the students.N.C.C. camps are conducted for the students to maintain the leadership of the students.
Hostel Facilities :
I am not residing in the hostel. I am a day scholar.There will be separate hostel for the both boys and girls in my college.The discipline in the hostel are strictly followed.The quality of the food is good.
Alumni/Alumna :
The alumni interaction was very useful to us, It builds a relationship between the college and the students.The alumni contribute more with the students as well as the college.
Exam Structure :
The exams in my college are one of the saddest thing.They often conducts the exams and torture the students.Students who are not pass in all subjects have to do retention classes.
Faculty :
They are highly qualified staffs in my college, all are experienced for more than three years in the teaching career.The interaction with the students are good, and the standard of teaching was moderate.
