What Students Say

Likes

The infrastructure is great. We have three gardens which are lush green.
We have five blocks or buildings which are for Different streams so no one is congested.
We have a canteen, one NBC and a food truck. We also have ample of space in the library to study.

Dislikes

The condition of the washrooms is not that good.
All the classes don’t have AC some of them do but not all
Not all the blocks have lift only one block has lift

Course Curriculum Overview

JECRC foundation follows RTU curriculum so we know it is effective each year or rather each semester 5 to 6 subjects are taught which are fully concept based and knowledge based, and they will be beneficial for your future goals in life.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 96000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Year we had to do an internship which was not really an internship but a course which may be 15 to 45 day course in which we got to learn a new language or something related to our course as we proceed further in the next years, students do paid and unpaid internships as per their skills The college does offer various internships inside the college

Placement Experience

JECRC foundation and JECRC University both sit together for the placements. The college prepares the students already for the placements by a walk interview, interviews and stuff, which makes it easier for the students whilst giving the real interviews

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee is submitted twice a year, which is semester wise so we have eight semesters so eight installments of pieces given with each installment being ?48,000 added varies according to the year and the course.

Campus Life

The overall experience in the campus life is great. We have different different fests on different different accounts and it is very fun and fulfilling. We not only have cultural fest. We also have technical fists and SIH which makes it easier for student to grasp things in a Professional and personal level.

Admission

JECRC is the best in the terms of placements and studies in Rajasthan as compared to other private colleges so it was my first preference while I was filling the reap form I had Jecrc and computer science and engineering as my first preference in the reform, and I got it through reap

Faculty

The faculty is well, educated and informed so they do clear the doubts easily however, some of the faculties are very, very biased and we can't really trust on them. Some of the faculties don't know how to teach and are often misleading

Night Life

The nightlife for the hostile people is great because the hostels are cozy. The people can sit in the grounds of the gardens which have benches and chairs. We have different different cafés around the campus and very famous advertisement park, which is fun kingdom is very near to our college. Several important temples are also near the college.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester the students are eligible for placement opportunities in on campus placement. The companies like vedanta,Infosys,TCS ,ATA Steel,etc.visited my college. The highest placement in my branch in previous year is about 12.5 LPA,and the average package in my branch is 6.5 LPA .approx 70-80 percent students are placed in my branch in on campus placement.

Good college, good life

Course Curriculum Overview:

Food is a vast subject and people will not stop eating, so the scope of food technology is just amazing. The college has its own faculty for different subjects. This btech course is of 4 years ie 8 semesters. Each semester has midterms and final semester exams. Last semester is for an internship. Midterms are of 20 marks, practical of 30 marks and final semester theory exams of 50 marks, so passing the exam is damn easy. Regular classes with good faculties make this course easy.

Admission:

Through AIEEE or RPET or through management quota. One can just apply through the college portal and submit there Aieee marks. Though RPET is a preferred mode of entrance to any college in RTU. Management quota is also there for well off candidates and lesser marks

Remarks:

The college is strict about it's attendance. You need to maintain 75% attendance. And taking about the studies there is a very studios environment in the college and the labs. The Students here not just focus on academics they also do some good extra activities.

Honest Breakdown of JECRC College

I had given my JEE mains but didn't score enough to get a NIT or Qualify for JEE Advance. I then applied to various private institutes like UPES, Manipal, SRM, VIT. I got selected for all these institute but then realized that after the fees, calculating the approx cost of living there and all the expenses it wasn't suitable to pay that much money. I then filled REAP form which is for all the colleges in Rajasthan which are affiliated with Rajasthan Technical University. I have filled colleges like SKIT, JECRC, Arya, and more. After I got my ranks according to JEE scores I was allotted JECRC ECE branch. I could've applied for an upward moment and easily would've gotten SKIT cs branch. But I chose JECRC over SKIT as: 1.JECRC has better coding culture. 2. JECRC has better startup culture. 3. The fest and the cultural societies of JECRC are far better than SKIT 4.
