About PIET
Poornima Institute of Engineering Technology was established in 2007 under Shanti Education Society, a registered Society with an objective of setting up educational institutions like Engineering colleges, research institute for the advancement and propagation of education and research. The "Shanti Education Society" visualized setting up state-of-art center of engineering and management education at the forefront in Rajasthan. Within a short period of seven years, the society has significantly excelled in academics and has earned leading good name in field of technical education.

- The annual fest AAROHAN is the special and best experience for the campus life.

- I like that college gives you opportunity to participate in each and every thing. It encourages you to do more curricular activities but also focus on the classes as there is mandatory 75% attendance required. There are clubs that offer opportunitie.
- The faculty is nice and supportive but some are very strict. They teach you well also provide notes online for having more resources to study and helps with exams.
Dislikes
- I don’t like the campus much as it is not that big . It is small but manageable as per your fee.
Admission:
The admission process is very easy you just have to apply for rtu which requires some of your details but also from the Piet main page you can apply directly. I have applied to jain university and Galgotia University. I got admission letters from both colleges but I choose this college as both other colleges offered the same placement but the fee was comparatively high. I choose this college as i was not sure of the course and wanted to invest less. I didn't get rejected from any college I applied for. There is RTU from which the college is called a semi-government college and RTU conduct all the exam and give the degree to the students. There is the site of RTU where you apply for college. The eligibility is 10 and 12 passed. Exams like JEE is acceptable. Also, JEE is most preferred by the students. Anyone whose percentile is above 65 can get into the college depending on availability of the students.

- Environment is good in college and facilities of college is fine
- Teaching style is awesome and methods are simple to understand

- Campus is not have any playground for outdoor activies
- Campus hostels are not good for studentss

In rajasthan they have conducted a counsiling for rajasthan student and other state student . The name of counseling is REAP. For rajasthan student have 70 percent seat and 15 percent for other states and other percent for management quata

- Teacher are good in teaching and always helps whenever you need
- Placement services are effectively good and always provide a better company

- Campus is too small and nothing to do in the Campus

The main reason to select this college is the facilities are good. Faculty and other college members are polite and helping nature. I applied for JECRC and SKIT college but I got this college The admission process is simple like first you have to fill the rtu form with your preferred colleges after few days you get the college which you fill in the rtu form Eligibility is you have 60% in 12th and 45% in JEE exam

- The infrastructure is so old and classy and small also
- There is no other activity beyond the studies
Admission:
I choose this college over other colleges because its is the one of the top ranking colleges in the RTU kota ranking in the Rajasthan and it is also aproved by the NAAC india and it also achives a raking in the NAAC ranking

- Faculty is supportive, they provide the needful guidance to each student.
- The management is better than expectations and makes every process smooth.
Dislikes
- The infrastructure is very short and hence you cannot spend a good time outside.
- The faculty is strict about studies and cuts the Marks of students even on a single mistake. it's tough to maintain a good CGPA
Admission:
I didn't score very good in my exams. Neither borad nor jee. My board result was 70% and percentile in jee was 76. Therefore I had to choose similar private colleges with affordable fees. I chose this college because it's quite good at placements and the greenary is maintained so, there's no doubt about a good health.

- I like basket ball court in my campus and now it is coloured beautifully
- I like the big sized mirror in my hostel room because it's very important for girls I think
Dislikes
- My campus is so small so it does not give the feeling of engineering college
Admission:
I got admission in the college through REAP application form , form is filled on the main site of reap , there are 3 rounds in reap counselling - 1st for TFWS students ,2nd for non rajasthan students and 3rd for Rajasthan students

- Knowledge and resource center in which free wifi with latest pc are available for student to study
Dislikes
- Dress code is not good, no option to take single pair of uniform
Admission:
They take the admission through reap( rajasthan engineering admission process) in which they require jee mark. They also take the admission through direct quota . They provide the TFW scheme for a students who score good percentile in jee.
Likes
- Aarohan: The annual fest 'Aarohan' is mind refreshing.
- AC Labs. Labs have good air conditioning.
Dislikes
- Non AC Classrooms and library. Classrooms and library are not having Air Conditioning.
- Attendance issue. Unlike other colleges, students face issue in attendance as 75% attendance is mandatory.
Admission:
There are 6 exams and 6 practicals for each subject in one year. There is an exam nearly after every 1.5 months. It is frustrating to give so much exams and take so much classes like school. The time cannot be used in prolific work. 15 days internship at the end of year feels prolifically better than the whole year of college.

- Faculties of poornima college are awesome.
- Students are friendly. Senior helps juniors.

- College attendance 75 Percentage is mandatory
Admission:
The admission can be done in two ways. First you can go to direct college and fill form. Second fill reap form of counselling in college.If you want tfws scheme them fill reap form.it is mandatory.you can choose many college and courses and selection done by counselling process of reap.
Likes
- I like teacher behavior. They are very polite to you.
- I like its fest very much. There are two major fest in one year.
Dislikes
- I don't like its canteen. Its very small and expensive. The taste of the food from canteen is very bad.
- Its campus is very small. There are only one garden which is very small also.
Admission:
I took the admission by reap counseling. There is also a management quota which has 3-5 lacs for CS students and for other branches it can vary. There is also a catch, my friend got admission without counseling and without management quota.

Candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subject along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology with at least 45% Marks in these three subjects taken together (40% in case of Candidate belonging to reserved category). Candidates must qualify REAP/JEE Main. The fee per year for the BTech in Computer Science is INR 85,015.
