Remarks :

The college is good. There is no problem in this college except for one, they don't provide chicken or any other kind of non vegetarian item in their canteens and if you can't stay without chicken like me then there are several stalls outside the campus where you can somewhat tasty chicken.

Course Curriculum Overview :

BCA stands for Bachelor's in Computer Application, the name itself gives you the idea that it revolves around the IT industry. The course is very good for a student who likes this subject and are good in it and who wants explore this huge industry like me. By now, I have learnt many programming languages such as C, C++, Shell Scripting, Python, PHP, HTML, Java etc., and some other softwares and opearting system such as Oracle, Mysql and Unix. I only want to learn and explore more.

Internships Opportunities :

Yes, it does. Right now I am an intern at Travarsa Pvt. Ltd. and its been a great experience so far. The college has provided me this interniship this summer so that i can acquire as much knowledge and experience as i can as it would help me in my further professional life and career. Stipends are also provided to many students who get into companies which provide stipend.

Placement Experience :

The placements and job opportunities provided here are also very good. Many famous and well known companies such as wipro, flipkart, jet airways etc., come here to provide placements to the students. If you are good student overall you would definitely get hired in the best companies that come here.

College Events :

There are a lot of events celebrated in our college. It respects and celebrates almost every important national dates and other festivals such as holi, halloween etc. There are many events celebrated apart from festivals such as freshers and farewell parties. There is also a yearly fest event which is called "Amiphoria". This event is huge and you would the chance to witness many stars performing on the stage in your college. This event is huge.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure actually depends on which course you are opting for. As there are a lot of new courses have also introduced. Its a private college with a great infrastructure and environment so, yeah the fee structure is slightly higher that the other private colleges.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Amity has a very nice schemes in the scholarships. They provide good scholarships according the 10th and 12th board marks. The scholarship can go as high as upto 70-80% if your board results are very good. They also help students and parents getting study loans.

Campus Life :

There are a lot of options when it comes to extracurricular activities in this particular college. Amity provides a lot of facilities to the sport lovers. Sports like basketball, cricket, football, footsal, hockey, badminton, table tennis, lawn tennis etc., are provided here. I was also in the basketball college team and it was a great experience and fun at the same time. Soon they are also going to add swimming in their facilities for all swimming lovers. A lot of other facilities such as different kind highly equipped labs for different courses. They also have very big and beautiful library where a student can study.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel here is pretty lavish. They all have nice infrastructure with centralized air conditioning in all of their buildings. The hostels are inside the campus only. There are two buildings side by side for girls and boys respectively. Everything nice and pleasant except for one major drawback, that the hostel doesn't provide fooding, it doesn't come under your huge sum of hostel fee. You have to eat your meals or whatever in the canteen at your own expenses.

Alumni/Alumna :

There are not much famous alumni from the college as it was started in the year of 2014, but i would say that the seniors here are very helpful and trustworthy. They will help you in every way possible way if co-operate with them.

Exam Structure :

Internal examination starts after 2-3 months of the beginning of the semester and then the externals starts after around 5 months of the beginning of the semester. The main criteria is have at least 75% attendance in every subject in order give that particular subject's exam otherwise you are debarred from giving the examination for which you have to pay a sum to the college to the exam in the next following semester. You have to pass in internals as well as externals to pass overall in the subject.

Admission :

Firstly, i gave an entrance test at the college which you can register for online for Rs.1150, the question paper is set easy, so it was not big deal to crack it, after the test I had to give an interview in which i was asked a few questions on computer applications which again weren't too tough. After a few days of the interview, i received a mail from the college that I got selected and there were several detaild about fee structure and everything else.

Faculty :

The faculty of our college is pretty great. There are a lot of experienced faculty members who would guide you and teach you right. They are experts in their fields and train you to get the best out of you. There are also some new teachers who are not as experience holders, but they teach okay. A student also has an option to give his/her feedback about faculty.

Placement Experience:

Campus Placements are provided by colleges where big companies come with nice packages. One can be eligible to apply for placements after 2nd year. Some companies that have visited the campus for placements include HCL, TATA Motors, WIPRO, MAHINDRA, L&T, and many more. The average packages the company offers range from 15000-27000 per month. The percentage of students getting placement is also good. My plans after getting the degree are to continue my study and get a good job along with it.
