Course Curriculum Overview

5

After completion of B Pharm I was in a dilemma that whether I should go for job or what? My teacher's and seniors told me that if you will do masters then you will be having more opportunities in your field, So I prefered to do Master's. In case of teaching methods one thing is there that has to be changed that is teacher's must provide written notes to students so that it will somehow easy for them to understand a topic properly.

Internships Opportunities

5

There is medical internship for B Pharm & D Pharm students. For B Pharm it is for 1 month and for D Pharm it is for 3 months. And for M Pharm there is a option of Project internship that whoever are interested to join industries after completion of Master's they can go for Project internship and can learn industrial work along with project work. I had completed my medical internship. And now preparing for my Project Internship.

Fees and Financial Aid

My yearly course fees is 100000 and there is no increse in the amount. Before every semester we have to pay registration fees of 1500. We can pay course fees in 2 parts. There is no category wise fees distribution, everyone have to pay the same. For my department I have to pay 100000 but for other department they have to pay different. No such scholarship is there from college side.

Campus Life

5

One of the clubs, RIPONOVA, organises festivals, farewells, yearly athletic competitions, cultural gatherings, workshops, conferences, and more in a highly professional manner. Even though I don't belong to that group, it's still nice to be a part of the college and have the opportunity to take part in activities like that. On our campus, seniors and juniors are treated equally and without distinction. Thanks to the help of the professors, the infrastructure is excellent. I had a great four years at B Pharm, and I now have the opportunity to join this college. Five years have passed, and I'm still pleased with my choice.

Admission

I decided to attend Roland Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences since I was a student there as well. I chose this college, where I had completed my graduation, because I am comfortable with the atmosphere and the staff. So, I liked this one better. The practicals and everything of stuff are done extremely well here, so even if my college isn't that huge, it's good that this is informed. It is, therefore, another factor in my decision to attend this college. There are numerous pharmacy schools in Odisha, but Roland Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences stands out among them for its expertise and outstanding teaching capabilities. After qualifing OJEE (Odisha JEE) entrance exam I got admitted to this college. I had also given other entrance examinations, such as APPGCET, GPAT, and CUET, and I passed the APPGCET. However, I was unable to pay for the tuition at other institutions because of financial difficulties, which is why I chose this one.

Faculty

5

Teacher's are very cooperative and supportive. If a student faces any problem they give their 100% to solve his/her problem. All the faculty members are well behaved and of friendly nature. Recently its 1 year our college bord has changed for which we and college is facing problems like exams are not conducted in time & students are still in the same year since 1 year. Checking of exam papers is not done properly by board for which good students were also failed.

Interview Experience

3

No I didinot faced any interview but appeared entrance examination for the admission because without that I am unable to get admission. I had given interview for job pupose. I faced it for 2 times and also get selected but I dropped my decision.

Night Life

5

I used to stay in hostel during the period of my B Pharm. It was the most beautiful and memorable time. Hostel life was very pleasing with all friends, those late night talks, cooking of Maggie, loitering in the campus like ghosts etc. That life has ended, now I am staying outside by taking a room in rent. Yes there is enjoyment in nightouts, no timelimits but something is still missing. Those friends, those chats, gossips, small fights are inexpressible. Those day's are really happy and now some how feeling lonely.
