Ahmedabad University an underrated experience

The course curriculum is very comprehensive and it will provide every student to experience all different types of courses because of the liberal nature of this college. It is nice to gain experience in all different field.

Internships while be provided in the campus itself and others by the college in some big firms as well. This is around the third year in college where it is mandatory for one to get job experience through these internships.

This is an area where I cannot comment much as I have not reached the stage to think about placements however I have heard that the college placements aren't very bad in the recent years with an average package going above 6.5 lakhs per annum.

Fee per semester for the course bachelor in computer science honours is 230000. You can apply for financial aid by showing official documents. This can be done need based as well as based upon your marks.

The best part of this university is the campus life because of it being very vast and has a good amount of area. Students usually hang out in the university center where you get all the amenities like medical room, library, silent study, cafeteria and sports areas as well.

I chose this college because I wanted to be a part of a liberal arts college because I wanted exposure to every field while being a master of one. This has helped me gain insights while having conversations with multiple people on multiple subjects.

Faculty members are mostly highly qualified with doctorates in their respective fields. They are usually very supportive towards their student and have a good way of teaching with useful insights. However this college also provides the opportunity for students to choose their classes according to the professors they like.

There was a round of interview and group discussion wherein the interviewers were very friendly however they ask key questions. So it is not very easy and I would recommend preparing a little bit before this interview.

The nighlife is also pretty amazing wherein you will see students hanging out around the campus where all the food carts are placed. Even late night students will be seen studying or just having fun around the university campus.
