Remarks :

Security system is not good. One day an accident happened so we called stryke. Then back side of college campus one village is there , they attack us. They burn our college property. They beat come facility and students.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Cource structure is quite clear but that time teachers maximum focus is theoretical paper, they are no concentrate practical base work even lab also. They onle teach come fixed topic this is unusable for us.

Internships Opportunities :

Our college is not provided any internship program. We apply out side of college. If any documents or authorised letter is needed the that time we apply in our college authority they will provide some letter.

Placement Experience :

Upto 2011 some mnc complay come in our college campus. After 2011 there are no placement happen. Event thay are not help us off campus. And UIT have no fixd training and placement department. No fixed principal is there.

College Events :

I our college we sellybrate so many fastivale like Durga Puja, Saraswati puja, dasera, holly, Christmas, frasher party, social party, teachers day. And we also participate some event inter college compilation, science fair

Fee Structure And Facilities :

In my session we have 8 semester. In administration time college charge some caution money, administration fee and hole fee devided by 8 installment. Each semester the fee come 19050 and hostail additional.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

They are not offer any scholarship. But they help us to loan facility. Some government bank easyly offer loan. Beacuse the universe is so old and reputated. We have accunce department if any help of documents is needed then college authority provide.

Campus Life :

In extracurricular activities it's depends who is interested in which professional. Our college have one cricket, football team. We play with that team. Some inter college compilation is happening. So we Participate that game.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel infrastructure is so bad maximum time water is not there, in between 9:00am to 6:00pm they cut power supply. And hostail is unclean, to much mosquito is there. Food is unbeatable totally unhygienic.

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

Just few year to start alumni network, not so many person come in this function even they are not take cal. Interested person is less. College authy tr contact and come up all seneior share some job related information.

Exam Structure :

Exam arrangement is so good and so tight. In exam time observer react so strictly they not allow any indiscipline. Sitting arrangement like each bench have only 2 students. And eache exam hall 4 observer.

Admission :

After completing diploma in computer science in 3 years I attend lateral entrance, my rank come 22. Then attend first councils I choose UIT COLLEGE. And after selection 2 final round is there grup discussion and personal interview.

Faculty :

In over all faculty is good , but few department teacher is so bat. In CSE & IT department some teachers like Dipankar Dutta that person is so disgusting teacher ever since in my life. And good teacher also is there.

Placement Experience:

For third semester students are eligible for campus placement. Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, Hitachi and many more companies are visit for placement in chandigarh university. Highest package is 24 lakhs average is 6 lakhs. Above 80 percent of students are placed. I plan is take campus placement in 3rd semester.

All about the College (CU)

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is good but this year no of placement is less as compare to the last year. In B.E. From 6 semster student were eligible for placement and all this big MNC visit the campus for placement like Infosys, Microsoft,etc.this 9000+ offer were there. Near about 70% student get placement. My plans after the degree I want to became the data analytics after the completion of course.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is 93 percent this year . Companies start visiting department in the month of September. Students are eligible for placement as they enter in the final year (7 semester) . The average package is around 5.5 Lakhs per annum and highest package is 12 lakh per annum. Students can go in field of pharmaceutical industry, oil and petroleum, fertiliser, paints, chemicals etc . Or students can opt for higher studies masters, MBA , abroad opportunities. Around 45 companies visited for placements with average 5 offers per company.

Placements starts from sixth semester. Students are free to register as per company eligibility criterion. Companies like Amazon, jp Morgan, Flipkart, dbs, Watchguard, and many more comes for recruitment. From 7th semester on an average we get atleast one company per day.

Placement Experience:

The placement are good, you will see many companies visit the campus such as Amazon Google Wipro TCS connivance Accenture Deloitte and many more. The main baad thing is their placements is that if you get a offer from any company irrespective of package then you have to accept and there is no option to deny the offer aane of you don't join then you will get debated from placement process.

Remarks:

I chose this college because I was not able to get admission in pec and this college was the only option. Academics wise its good. Faculties are good. The bad side is the college life you expect its almost zero there. No social life. There are only 5-600 students in the campus. And pretty bad cafeteria.

Admission:

To get the admission here you have to appear for jee mains. And according to the cutoffs you will get the admission. I prepared for it with my normal tutions.
