Remarks :

College management is good but we can't say that they are very cooperative. Although overall it is good

Entrance Preview :

JEE MAINS, 165 was my score, I wanted to be in Chandigarh and computer science branch so I choose this college

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum can be accessed on the website of Panjab University, because it comes under the university authorization. It is also in university campus so u will get full exposure of university also. CSE , ECE , EEE , it , mech and biotech. These are the 6 courses u can apply.

Internships Opportunities :

Yeah, they provide internship in different research works going in college. The stipend is about 5k per month. And also they organise udyami a fest for interns. Different companies and startups used to come their and hire .

Placement Experience :

Placement is pretty good in top branches like CSE and it approximately 100 percent. But in other branches its not too good . Although 60-70 students are placed. The highest package is about 12-15 lakhs per annum. While the average is about 3-3.5 lakhs per annum

College Events :

So many events are their, effi cars, udyami , uietmun , goonj and also few university fests like jhankar, so many sports fests are also there. Rest details u can check on the website of the college and university. U will also see so many small events by different clubs of colleges in short interval of time

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is 80,000 per annum. 1st semester is about 42000 and 2nd semester is 38000. So it's not too expensive. Also. Different categories are there in that also so on that criteria their fees are less or refundable. Details can be found on Punjab University website and uiet college website.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There are so many different scholarship schemes are their, since it is under university so u can avail schemes of University also. Rest u can check details on Punjab University website and college website

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facility is not too good but the cost you have to pay is worth. That is 500 per month to live is very affordable for everyone . And regarding mess and canteen it is good but can be improved. For mess or canteen u have to pay what u eat . No fixed payment per month.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Exam Structure :

Two internal exams are conducted, of 30 marks each paper and best of two is taken. And 20 marks is on the basis of the quiz, assignment, attendance etc. Rest 50 marks exam is a semester exam, which is taken at the end of the semester. Total a paper is of 100 marks. In practical it goes on continuous evaluation, viva and file.

Admission :

After jee mains exam , JAC counciling is their . U can google jac chandigarh for counseling. I think for this year it is already begun on this 5th. Their u can choose ur all optiins. No payment is required.you just need to upload ur all asked documents and u will get a date for counseling , on the basis of different criteria.

Faculty :

You can access the faculty details on the college website. uiet.puchd .ac.in And u can also get details from its app. It is available on play store. All the details of the faculties with their department and specialization and mentioned clearly.

An honest review of chandigarh university

Placement Experience:

Another main reason which I joined chandigarh university was placements. We all were promised good placements but this was another harsh truth which I got to know in my second year. No one gets placement easily. Girls are preferred more for placements. We become eligible for placements after 5th semester. Most companies which come here offer 3-4 lacs like tcs, Accenture etc. The highest package is which I have seen is 12 lacs but they do adverise that their students get package worth of crores which I hardly believe. When I joined, I was told that there is an 85% of students getting placed but in the last batch alone, thousands of students were unplaced. I am searching for jobs off campus as I have no hope of getting a placement on campus. If I do not get any off campus offer then I will pursue my master's and definitely from a different university.

Placement Experience:

For third semester students are eligible for campus placement. Microsoft, Amazon, IBM, Hitachi and many more companies are visit for placement in chandigarh university. Highest package is 24 lakhs average is 6 lakhs. Above 80 percent of students are placed. I plan is take campus placement in 3rd semester.

All about the College (CU)

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is good but this year no of placement is less as compare to the last year. In B.E. From 6 semster student were eligible for placement and all this big MNC visit the campus for placement like Infosys, Microsoft,etc.this 9000+ offer were there. Near about 70% student get placement. My plans after the degree I want to became the data analytics after the completion of course.

My views on chandigarh University

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester the students will be eligible for campus placements. The top MNCs like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart etc. But there will be 100% placements to every student. The highest package is 34.25 lakhs per annum and the average will be like 8-12 lakhs per annum. My plan is after getting the degree is to do an MBA.

Chandigarh University Review

Remarks:

College is very good in almost all the fields and provides all the needs needed by the students. college management system is really awesome. BAD REMARKS:- There are only few teachers who does not have enough knowledge regarding that subject. therefore teachers must be appointed by really considering his/her skills and knowledge. Overall. CU provides very good facility and enviroment to grow and moving ahead.

Remarks:
