Campus is too good with a beautiful garden

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen Bcom because I pursued Commerce after class 10. Bcom is one of the best UG course after 12 . After pursuing Bcom I will prepare for CAT and will pursue MBA. The time gap which a students gets to prepare for semester examination is manageable.

Class Size: 928Course Fees: INR 40000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The course fee of Bcom is 144000 which should be paid according to the semester. Per semester fees is 18000. At the time of admission you will have to pay 20000 in which 2000 is the admission fees and 18000 is first semester fees.

Campus Life

The college organize a annual cultural Inter College Fest named as RIPPLES. Ripples is one of the best fest of WB. And during the year the college celebrates many functions and festivals in its own campus. The library of the college is soo good amd all types of books are available in it. Sports and extra co curriculum activities are also entertained.

Admission

I did applied for THK Jain and BESC. Before the merit list I decided to have a campus visit for both the colleges and at first I went to BESC but the nature and the environment of that college didn't attracted me but when I came to Thk then I felt so comfortable. So I decided to take admission in this college .

Faculty

The faculty of the college is very helpful in nature. Professors are helpful and friendly. The marking scheme of this college is decided by Calcutta University. Every course in this college are well guided by respective professors. The exam routine is decided by the CU.

Night Life

The library of the college is very well maintained with all types of books available in it. The cafeteria of the college is totally vegetarian and very hygienic but lays and all the stuffs are available in it. There's a famous shop named as 'Ravi Bhaiya ka Dukan' in which every student goes to have. maggie.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placement in the last year which is 7th and 8 semester one can apply for internship or job from 7th and 8th semester. The highest package offered was of 11 lakh so far. And the average package is 4 to 5 lakh per annum. Like most of the Goenkans I am also thinking of pursuing CA as a profession but for now I am focusing on my BCom degree and after my BCom degree I will complete my MBA from a good reputed college.

After 4th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Out of the companies some of them are Institute of Charter Accountancy, Institute of GST ETC. They give us some packages for jobs.
