Remarks :

I will like to say that for someone who has scored really well in Entrance exam, they should opt for a flagship college instead of this. But those who have ensured average marks, there is no better college than this in that range of marks and above all, the college is striding towards becoming a flagship college at a very quick pace.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum followed is designed by SPPU University. Until now, the curriculum was quite obselete, but the new syllabus has revived the curriculum completely. The new Syllabus includes the newer technologies though not the latest. The exam is take in online format for 50marks and written exam for 50marks apart from practicals.

Placement Experience :

There are a lot of placement opportunities in this college. Though the average placement package is around 4L per annum, yet this is good for a relatively new college. The college provides 100% placement assistance. Internships are provided by many companies which have MoU's with colleges. Internship is a wonderful experience and stipend varies from the type of work you do.

College Events :

There are lots of events taking place in college throughout the year. In Sem I there are academic related workshops and industrial visits. In Sem II, there are lots of events up the line. To mention a few, Ankuran, Technovanza, Compsa Events, Mesa Events, Annual Function and the list continues.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The college falls in the intermediate category when it comes down to fees. The latest fee structure has the fee of around 1L for new admissions. The fee structure is quite feasible as other colleges have fees around 1.20L. So fee is plus point for this college.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes, there are many scholarship programs available. To mention a few, TWFS, EBC and many more fee waivers. TFWS is for highly meritorious students. EBC is for economically weak students. Scholarship is provided for students of different caste such as OBC/ST/SC. The college gives 100% assistance for loan facilities.

Campus Life :

The labs are one of the best thing about the college. They are well equipped and all the instruments are in working condition. The equipments are of latest technologies. Sports is an integrated part of sem II where various sports event takes place from cricket to kabbadi. Indoor games are organized as well. The college encourages students for extracurricular activities.

Hostel Facilities :

The college facilities given by the college is one of the best in whole of Pune non-autonomous colleges. The boys hostel is little expensive but it has good amenities and is considered one of the best hostel in Pune. Girl's hostel is good too and is safe and secure.

External Expense : Rs.7000 - Rs.10000

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes this thing has impressed me. The Seniors never make you feel uncomfortable. They are always there to help you and treat us like friends. The alumni's take regular sessions on the market requirements and helps us to have a insight at what's going in the market.

Admission :

Admission in college is taken by filling the form from DTE Website. Although admission can direct be taken from management quota, but not many seats are available such. The better way is to fill the dte form and put the college on the top of the reference list.

Faculty :

The faculty of college is very experienced. The faculty is not the best, but it has a variety of teachers which can help you resolve any issue which one might face, be it personal or academics related. The faculty has good knowledge and are friendly with students and don't discriminate amongst students.

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester the students are allowed to sit in placements The companies like TCs And capegeminis is common for mass recruitment and new companies like Accenture also visisted And total 200+ offers were made in placements Highest package this year was 21 lakhs in IT sector and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. Only 60% students get placed. I am going to do business after graduation as i dont trust college as it would give me placement

Our beautiful College

Placement Experience:

From the third-year sixth semester our college taking campus placement or internship programs. In the past, our college has got an average of 4 LPA packages and the highest 12 or 14 LPA packages. There are so many companies like TCS, COGNIGENT, WIPRO, etc. Our College gives 95-98% placement in engineering. My plan is to do a job in a data scientist post in the company and give my best to that company that's all.

Is RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering a good place for seeking admission

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last year. There are many good companies that come and take part in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini etc. come here for placements. The highest package in my understanding was about 30 lakhs as studied and searched by me. Many students secure packages above 3.5 lakhs in our college. About 90% of students get placed through the drives. My plan is also to take a good job from placement and then do my masters.

My Engineering Life Review in this college

Admission:

I got admission through CAP Round as directed by AICTE and DTE, the process is of 3 rounds until you choose a college and finalize it. Admission dates for FE students start from around May-June period as college opens at around 15 July approx. And Students need to bring all documents attested and submit the original 10th- 12th documents in the college and after completing the graduation. He/She can collect the originals from the college after collecting LC from the college.
