Course Curriculum Overview

3

The course curriculum was good. It contained proper knowledge about the subjects. The teaching method could be improved with more emphasis on the faculties. The portions are not fully taught by the teachers and thus students cannot handle the exams.

Fees and Financial Aid

My total fees was Rs 71300 with a scholarship availed for Rs 12500 as I has scored 85 percentage in my twelfth grade. Other students also claimed scholarships like SC/ST, first graduate, government scholarships.

Campus Life

3

The overall campus life was fine. We had celebrations like Diwali, pongal, E-day, and many such events. There weren't much books available in the library. The number of computers available in the laboratories were very less and do not have updated operating systems. The environment is okay but the college needs much improvement on the infrastructure and teaching methods.

Admission

I chose this college because I did not have any other go. My family forced me to study here. I had applied for other colleges like SA Engineering College and AMS Engineering College. They preferred this college because the fee was affordable.

Faculty

3

The number of faculties is very less in all the departments. There are very few properly qualified faculties. The faculties fail to prepare their students for the University examination, they only prepare the students for the college exams.

Interview Experience

3

There was no such exam/interview for the admission. It was only based on my marks and interest. There wasn't any criteria for passing the interview or anything. They asked which group I wanted and offered me the same.

Night Life

1

There are not much places to hang out inside the campus. The cafeteria is the worstly maintained place inside the whole campus. There would be stray dogs loittering just when you are eating. Zero hygiene. The food is very average. You can eat if you're really hungry.
