Positive This institute is in located in good area airport is almost 4 km away and weather is superb you will enjoy. In institute faculty are good and you can take help of the faculty and do your work

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course Curriculum is best in IIIT. You will learn alot if you will study. There we two term one is mid sem and end sem in-between there we Class test. And that is also counted in your overall grade. Endsem is almost of 40% and it is depend on Professor they can change also.

Placement Experience :

Placement is not good because companies doesn't visit campus till now but our seniors are to good in study they got place in big companies like Microsoft Directi and Etc. Some senior are gone for higher education in Foreign Institute like Canada and japan.etc. For internship you have to do this on your own.

College Events :

In Summer semester after institute gymkhana election on 2nd October hopefully there will be Marathon (I started this event ). And in winter semester there will be Institute fest named Yuvaan. This year in Yuvaan we booked Sebrina Terrance EDM nights.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is expensive you have to pay almost 2,25,000 in a year including Mess and hostel. There is 1 lakh per semester and 4000 per semester hostel fees. I think this year institute will increase the fee.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Loan Facility is there when admision is started then some bank visit our institute and provide some lone scheme. so student family can take loan from that bank. And provide proper education. Last year 2 banks are providing loans.

Campus Life :

Labs are good for both ECE and CSE students. They are workstation, fast computer and you can do your work on thes systems. From asking teachers you can do some work in Lab. Sports are not too good nor too bad. I know sports very well in this institute because I am the General Secretary of Sports - 2019. So in the institute there is indoor games and for outdoor games the institute is developing.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel is very good. You will get singles room from 2nd year with your attach bathroom. Room is very very good and hostel infrastructure is too good. On ground floor there is Indoor games room and mess and canteen and many more.

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes Alumni from IIITG is very good and they are helpful. In IIITG some alumni visit campus and give some workshop from there company and startups. They told some creative ideas. Some Alumni give lecture about what to do other then academic.

Admission :

You have to crack JEE main and you can see closed rank on colleges pravesh.Com there you will get all branches closing rank. But I think last year closing rank is almost 50000 and ECE 60000 ALL India General rank

Faculty :

Faculty is good there is almost 50 faculty in the institute and you should know oilur director. He is reputation is famous in India named Dr. Gautam barau. All faculty are good you can see on website.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have choose EE because it's have both core and it features so i believe that I will go for core but if the situation changes then accordingly i will shift. The curriculum is pretty good in this campus according to me that's why I have choose this course. I don't think I have enough thinking level to suggest about that. Before exam there should be some gap for studies purpose I mean to say classes should be off. And everything is good.

I love my college and I don't think that their is any change required

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I like it.There is no any specific aspects regarding my subject. From class 12 onwards I like my subject economics and so I persude this course. The timing of our exams are ok . But according to difficulty level it is moderate. I don't think that there is any area that need to be improved regarding the course.

Life At IIT Guwahati

Placement Experience:

Placement drives are held in December of every year for the students who complete their 7th semester. Placements are quite good over here, The highest package this year is 2.4 crore and the average package fluctuates between 20 to 25 LPA every year. One can also go for higher studies, there is no harm.

Campus Life at IIT GUWAHATI

Remarks:

Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati is one of the 7 oldest and premier institutes of India.The campus of IIT GUWAHATI is also one of the most beautiful campuses in India. Situated on the banks of river Brahmaputra and with all the scenic beauty attracts many students. Apart from it's Beauty it has excellent teachers.

Admission:

For BTech you need to give JEE and for MTech GATE is compulsory. I gave GATE in 2019 with ME paper and my score was 743/1000.
