Likes

The best of the college there is separate exam for girls and boys.
For the boys and girls there is different time schedule for classes
There is less fees and any body can afford.

Dislikes

There is not proper teacher for assigned for the classes

Course Curriculum Overview

So, for this question i need to answer that the overall open learning is great because they charge less and they provide the degree and that's the great things and basically students do graduation from open learning to get there degree they have already doing some things.

Class Size: 1Course Fees: INR 9000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There is only 9 to 10k you need to pay for the whole year for books and giving exam. There is also classes available for school of open learning students only on Sunday and they also share email and message for classes shudeule overall the school of open learning is great for those students who have other responsibilities to do.

Campus Life

There is not any kind of faculty in the school of open learning it just you take admission one day you received message for books then you need collect your books after that you will get message for only Sunday classes if you want to take the classes you can join otherwise no need to then you will received message for your hall ticket then you need to give your exam that's it.

Admission

Okay the admission for the school of open learning is very easy those students how have more then 50% can apply for the school of open learning. So I did choose this college because I have some personal issues that's why I have to school of open learning so I don't have to visit college in regular.

Faculty

There is not great faculty for the school of open learning students. There is total 14 exam per year 1 semester you need to choose 7 and then other you need to choose the remaining. It's depends upon the students how to do preparation for there exams

Interview Experience

There is gd gounds for the school of open learning students they just go to college for the exams that's it there is no faculty for the school of open learning students anyone can apply for school of open learning who have more than 50% in 12th class

Night Life

Same there is no this kind of faculty for the school of open learning students. There only in a week one day classes for the students if they wish to attend those classes otherwise if they don't want to they can skip the classes

the curriculum is decided by delhi university, economics wing and is followed by all the colleges of du, although few topic are often irrevelent which teachers tend to skip. i do feel that curriculum is pretty old and they should introduce new topic which are more related to reak=l world and give us real life experience not just bookish knowledge which is irelevent. they should also ask for students input related to their curriculum, teachers sometimes tedn to just do book reading. internal exmas are taken frequently and difficulty is 3 out of 5

Course Curriculum Overview:

It is a good course. I went for it mainly because I am preparing for UPSC CSE (pretty common around here). In that context the course is helpful, and also for those aiming to enter research, academia, museology, archaeology etc. However there are not many placement opportunities and for most it would be better to pursue masters later on. Teaching methods are inclusive, both english and hindi medium students can comfortably study. However both students and faculties have some complaints regarding the curriculum changes under NEP such as the sequence of courses in each sem.

Placements is for 3rd year students. Many good companies visit our campus like bajaj capital, oberoi group. Highest package is around 22 lakhs. We have a lot of internship and placement opportunities come in for students.

The college has a placement cell which comes up with lots and lots of internship and job offers throughout the year, you get multiple new job opportunities every week but the campus placement is not all that great, B Com courses have somewhat decent placements. the college doesn't push very much or try much to get students placed, you're on your own.

Generally, after BA no one is placed and even if we apply for a job we don't get a good package. So, students generally go for masters or some other courses through which they can get placements. Talking of college placement and internship cell we don't have very good facilities as very limited companies are there for recruiting students. Many students don't even get the internship. This is a major negative point of college.
