Remarks :
Best College of Haryana. I suggest every Engineering aspirants to take admission here. The greenery of the kurukshetra University campus helps the students to breathe in a fresh air and a quite calm environment helps them to focus on studies very well.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum was moderate. Exam structure was based on the UGC ordinance. According to the ordinance, Grading System was Introduced. In a semester, there were three sessional exams which were held in the Third week of Every Month and in the last month of semester, there were final exams. Main thing is the accuracy and fast display of exam results. After the exams, results were displayed on the website in about 10 days only.
Placement Experience :
The college provides Job Placements and but not internships. The stipend on placement depend upon company to company. Moreover the range remains from 3 lakh to 8 lakh per annum including incentives, etc.
College Events :
Excelsior- To elaborate and provide a platform to students to show and enhance their hidden talents. Pratispardha - Annual sports day of the college. As we know, a healthy mind resides in a healthy body, that's why this sports meet was organised in the form of competitions.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Feasible as it is govt aided. Tution fees and other funds fee is not so expensive as compared to other colleges. Also there are facilities like clean washrooms, High Speed WiFi, AC seminar halls and labs, etc are free of cost.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Scholarship like post Matric scholarship is provided to students of Socio-economic weaker sections of the society like OBC, SC ST. There is no scholarship for General Caste students as there are rules of Haryana Govt. There is no loan facility.
Campus Life :
They are fabulous. I got so much experience and learnt a lot from that activities. One word of Praise from our cheif guests would led the whole tired body to a fresh mind and active body.
Alumni/Alumna :
Yes obviously, our seniors are very helpful. Even not in college, but after college also they are in touch of us and they provide Guidance to us time to time for our better future.
Admission :
I got admission by Firstly appeared In JEE MAINS 2014 exam. After that, there was counselling for admissions in Technical Institutions which was done by Haryana State Technical Education Society. The counselling was based on the merit of JEE MAINS 2014 RANK. Higher the rank higher were the chances of Admission. And in that way, I got admission on the basis of my Rank in JEE MAINS 2014.
Faculty :
Best and Experienced Faculy. I feel lucky that I got Guidance and experience by them. Even the college is a govt college but all the faculty members teach and guide the students more than private tutors or guides.
