What Students Say

Likes

The best thing about my college is it is autonomous
The second best thing is college conduct various hackathon in campus
College is conducting various extra course like redhat,AWS etc and honour and minor degree too

Dislikes

The thing I don't like is campus of college a road divide campus in two part
The water filter in campus works good but not all filter work properly
Practical's are conducted properly but systems are not working properly some times it automatically get turn off

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of college is good and it is not so hard and not so easy moderate level, but this is not placement oriented but placement cell is very good if students learn skill himself so he can grab job easily

Class Size: 240Course Fees: INR 125000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement is good and college offers hackathon in college so students are skilled so placement get easier for students, if I didn't get placement I will try off campus through external courses Thanks

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee of computer science is 125000 I was admitted through ews reservation So the fee for ews student was 75000 rupee, I don't know about fee structure more than this, the ews student can take benefit of hostel scholarship know as panjabrao Deshmukh yojana

Campus Life

Overall campus is good but the clubs offer by the college are conducted by the college itself it should be conducted by the students so it can be conducted very efficiently. The infrastructure of the college is overall good now the sports infrastructure is updating by the college.

Admission

I choose this college because this college is very closer to my hometown And this college is very affordable to me as compared to other colleges and college offers many extra courses in same campus which other colleges don't offer

Faculty

The faculty members are very nice they Always explain marking scheme to us every semester, the marking scheme is as follows the internal marks is calculated with the help of papers and orals and end sem paper is about 50 marks and two insem paper are conducted about 15 marks

Night Life

There is no gym offer by the college for the hostel students and the nightlife of hostel and the campus is not so good compared to other colleges. The availability of shops is less than other colleges

An Honest Review

Placement Experience:

The Campus placement of VNIT Nagpur is good enough. Students of 7th and 8th semesters are elegible for campus placement. Many companies visited in the campus some prominent names were google, Microsoft, amazon, Goldman Sachs, and many core companies such as bajaj, HPCL,BPCL etc. the number of offers made was 760 in 2024 and placement percentage was around 80 percent.

The course is slighty old in terms of age but there are updates being made that are branch specific like more detailed electronics in the electrical lab like diodes and other relevant experiments. Placement Experience:

The placements in my college are pretty good considering the Fact that mostly its the Top 2000-3000 students from Maharashtra that make it to this college. The average Package offered in the college is Around 11LPA while the highest package last year was around 48LPA. The names of the Top companies that have recruited students from my college include Adobe, Amazon and Mastercard. The placement percentage from the past few years has been above 90%. My plans after getting the Degree is either to continue my Cricket Career as a Proffesional or to become a Commercial Pilot.
