Remarks :
Averall a good experience. I would suggest the students from the neighborhood of the college but this college is not good for students from other part of the state or country. As there are better options than this.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is divided into six semesters , so are the exams. Starting from basics of computer you'll study programming languages database management and entreneurship. In exams you have 3 hours to do 40 questions which have different marking depending upon length of answer. You have to score atleast 40% to pass the exam.
Placement Experience :
They don't provide internship though they are trying to do so. But they suggest the student. Internship news are shared by fellow students. I got benefits when a fellow student shared an internship opportunity with me.
College Events :
There are many events celebrated throughout the year. Religious , cultural , educational and environmental events are celebrated in the college. Like the plantation drive , alumni meet festival celebration and dramas.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Its feasible as i pay 15000 per semester. I can complete my course in 90000 rupees which is less than what other colleges are asking for. Moreover they have emi options also. The fees can be brought down by bargaining.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
They provide loan assistance and scholarship for scheduled caste students only. It could've been better if they considered the annual income as a scholarship factor. That's what i dont like about their scholarship.
Campus Life :
Labs and sports activities are done throughout the year. Activities like cricket matches. , Football and wrestling are also done. The organising committee makes sure that each activity is carried out smoothly.
Hostel Facilities :
I opted for the hostel which is inside the premises of college. The hostel is well built , neat and clean and secured by security guards. The food that we get in mess is vegetarian and cooked in a clean kitchen. Overall it was a good experience.
Alumni/Alumna :
Alumni network is good the seniors and alumni are very helpful they provide support to juniors. We have been benefitted from the seniors. They are available for help any time. This is also a good thing.
Admission :
I went for the admission and i was given admission after passing the personal interview. The admission cell asks a number of questions about the past education and expectations of the student from him and the university. They ask questions about your high school marks , intermediate marks , about the reason of selecting a particular graduation course and vision of the student. Following which admission is granted if they are satisfied.
Faculty :
Faculty is good and supportive. They interact with students at regular intervals to ensure that the student is doing good at studied. Faculty is available to chat even after the college hours. This is what i liked the most about this college.
