- We are being taught some irrelevent subjects like financial and management accounting, only in KES, but as they are the college curriculmn subjects they can't be changed.

Course Curriculum Overview
The couse curriculum is actually well curated, whatever you learn truly facinates you and you get to know about a lot of activies that take place digitally, this course is an hands on experience of digital marketing and the best tutors never make it boring. I'm currently interning some of my friends are freelancing and we already are gaining valueable experience fm it. this course is quite unique from the rest which makes it more engaging and interesting.
Internships Opportunities
a lot of internship opportunities are posted every now and then, internships provided by KES are of non digital marketing background and the one's provided by IIDE are fully from the digital marketing industry, the companies bary from agencies to personal brands and the stipend for freshers range from 5k to 10k for on site and for work from home internships from 3k to 7.5k per month. the durations of the internships are from 2 to 6 months. you get to select the role of your choice and the projects you work on are related to those roles/fields.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for this course is 1,50,000 per year, this course is managed by IIDE, so it is also available in Thakur College, Pillai College, Jai Hind College as per my info. each college charges different amount of fees for the same course, as the subjects managed by IIDE are same but the subjects managed by the college are different. The fees structure differs from college to college, In KES, we're supposed to pay 75,000 in each semester. first there were smaller installments of 32,500, but now they have discontinued that pattern and only installments of 75000 per sem are accepted. there are no other charges apart from the fees, everything is covered in the fees itself. An extra cost would be of purchasing a laptop for the course, as it is digital marketing course it is compulsory for students to carry their own laptops.
Campus Life
KES does not have any official fest of its own but the students take part in fests like antarang and chakravayu etc. every time there are some or the other events happeing in the college, some major events include annapurna event, blood donation camps, campus votings, and many more. we celebrate traditional day, saree day, mis match day etc. the library is very useful for those students who actually are interested in reading books / novels etc, along with them there are textbooks, encyclopedias etc. the liberary is also digital so you can check online if the book which you want is available or not and can pick it up accordingly. all classrooms have air conditioning along with smart boards , our class has wifi because we are digital marketing students, the rest class don't have wifi access, there are various committes you can be a part of, social imoact committee, marathi/hindi/gujrati mandals etc.
Admission
I had only applied to KES college as soon as I got to know about the digital marketing course, it was available in thakur college as well but they were providing a B.com degree i.e B.com in digital Business but KES was giving BBA, was the only reason why I chose KES, Also the crowd at KES is very good, all the students from different backgrounds are welcomed here. The admission process is quite smooth as well, I had applied through the website and hence my name was there on the merit list, but admissions take place offline as well, there is no test or anything that is required to be a part of this course.
Faculty
The faculties provided by IIDE for the digital subjects are top notch, they are all industry experts, and the digital lectures can never be boring as they are filled with activies and practical knowledge. the faculties provided by KES are good as well, they aren't as engaging as the IIDE faculties but they teach nicely. just in case the students feel the need of change of any faculty, a feedback form is circulated every now and then, you put your real feedback and if majority students face the same problem regarding the same faculty member, the college changes the faculty. the exam pattern is quite simple: every semester there are 2 exams 1. unit test (MCQ based): unit test is conducted after aroun 1.5 to 2 months of the semester, the test is taken online through an app but you need to go to the college and give the test on the app. the difficulty level depends on the teacher who has set up the questions. [2 credit subject: 10 marks, 4 credit subject 20 marks] 2. semester exam: this is a written exam , you have to be present in the college and write the whole paper. the question paper is a mix of easy , medium and tough questions. [2 credit subject: 25 marks, 4 credit subject: 50 marks] along with these exams you also need to submit/present your projects for the final assessme During semester exam marking, grace marks are given to students. like if 1 or 2 marks can get you passed , or even if 1 or 2 marks will make you score full, the teachers are quite generous to give you the extra grace marks, also the same for grade, if by getting more 1 or 2 you can enter in A+ or O grade, they give you grace marks. [make sure you are not that mischevious student which every teacher hates , or you don't have a good record of good conduct, it may hamper your chance of getting grace marks]

the locality is filled with everthing you may need to survive after college, as its very near from kandivali west station, aroun 10-12 mins walking, on the way there's Mr. DIY when you suddenly remember its someone birthday, also multiple cake shops merwans and kosten, at the back side there are printing shops, street food stalls and cafes as per you likings, there are restaurants as well and if you want to go on a food spree in late eveing then mahavir nagar is just 10 min rickshaw ride away, there is metro connectivity as well but train is more convenient as compared to metro.
